When all you can do is trudge towards to the lit coffee sign.... and you quickly realize the music is pumping THE positive jam, the best news, you know you'll be OK. Then the absolute most wonderful young ladies are friendly and pleasant you know you've made it.
And the coffee is good too!!!! 😁

I went to Ski Brews a few days ago to try their waffles I've been hearing so much about on Facebook. When I got there the waffle iron wasn't working, no sign saying it was out of order.
So, I decided to try my luck and went again. This time I called ahead and asked if their waffle iron was up and working dubto my last visit so I didn't waste my time. They said yes it was only out for that one day. So I was super excited and got in my car and drove across wasilla to go try it out.
When I got there the barista told me that they were out of waffle mix....! Why couldn't you have told me that when I called? Very disappointed. I will not be trying a 3rd time or ever again due to my personal experiences. Next time someone calls about a waffle or anything else specific, you might want to let them know the entire details, retrain your staff if needed for accurate information, don't advertise something your out of stock constantly and upkeep better inventory.
Something so simple shouldn't be this complicated, overall poor management.

The food and coffee are good, but y'all gotta get the speed up. Standing 15 minutes behind one car with two workers on site is slow. I ended up leaving and buying an energy drink at a gas station.
everytime I stop by at 5am the service is just so slow regardless of a line of not during the day it’s fine

The food was amazing!!! Better than local dinners we have tried. We are actually gunna come back for breakfast here tomorrow! The drinks were great and the girl working made a surprise drink for us it was passion fruit and cantaloupe and it was great!! 10/10 coming back.
