My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and I visited this Smashburger location on a Sunday afternoon as we motored toward Talkeetna.. It had been a hot š„ minute since I had enjoyed Smashburger since we don't have them anymore in the OKC metro area..
My wife's double smash cheeseburger and my own double smash bacon cheeseburger were delivered to the table hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered them..
The daughter's bun-less single smash cheeseburger and the SIL's single smash jalapeƱo cheeseburger were also delivered hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered..
Service was fantastic and reasonably fast, the wait time for our food was just about right, and the store was clean and even offered a scenic view from the back patio when weather allows patio seating..
All in all, I'd say our visit was a resounding success and makes me miss the brand that much more.. Great job to staff at this location for fully delivering great food and a bonus side of nostalgic vibes!!

So I usually love smash burgers and the tots. But this order the smash tots were overly salty and one had no herbs on them. While my burger looks like it was wrap deconstructed... I know it was the end of the day but consistency is important to me. We would really appreciate just a bit more effort.

Ordered the All American Double and it rang up $1 more than the price on the menu board. I pointed this out to the cashier but she said āthatās what it rings up asā. I suggested she ask if someone can change it and she just shrugged her shoulders. I donāt care about the dollar that much, but it doesnāt seem right. She couldāve asked her manager to discount it a dollar or at the very least said Iāll tell my manager that they need to adjust the price on the menu board. Seems like this kind of attitude is the new normal, but I wonāt be coming back.

I had the Alaskan Kenai Single Smashā¦.soooo good. The flavor of the patty was delicious and w/the cheese/jalapeƱo mix, AND the crunchy onionsā¦. complimented it so very well!! My husband got an original and we both had some of each otherās. He enjoyed his very much as well. Son got cheeseburger kids meal and the cookie something or other shake (forgot the name) That was delicious we all had some!!! Would definitely recommend. Fast, very friendly service, and delicious food. The only thing I have to say thatās not good is that itās can be quite loud in there. At times we had to holler to hear each other, but we would still go and dine in again. We liked the vibe!

I ordered my usual from AZ and it is not on the menu here, but the employee had no problem customizing my order. Ingredients in different locations vary but smashbuger is always consistently good.

Excellent burger made your way! Lots of side options. Smash tots are an excellent side, but so are the sweet potato waffle fries. Shakes are good and so is the staff, service and atmosphere.

Went last night at 8:44 pm (time on receipt) and placed our order. The woman at the register said that they're closing at 9pm and that the dining room is closed, even though the people that ordered right in front of us were able to eat their food in the restaurant. Since when does a restaurant tell customers that they can't eat their food there when they don't close for 15 more minutes?? We felt pretty discriminated against to say the least. As we patiently waited for our order, we watched a worker proceed to put every chair in the entire place up on the tables, even around the two tables of people that were there eating their food. It was loud and extremely rude! Do these employees just want to leave at 9 on the dot? Is that the goal? Customer service VERY lacking! I hope Corporate reads this! As a result of this blatant discrimination, we most likely will not be choosing SB next time we want a burger. There are plenty of friendlier places that like our business in this town.
A few of the employees at this location were so disrespectful that it was awful. We got there about 30 mins before the dining area closed. While we were eating, another family came in and sat down to eat. When that family got up to leave, they told the guys at the front that they had cleaned up after themselves and appreciated being allowed to sit and eat. The second they got out the door the employees started making fun of them, cussing, and carrying on mocking them. It was disgusting! I will never set foot in a Smashburger again. Beyond disappointed with what their employees think is acceptable behavior. If this is how they treat customers in front of others, imagine what else they think is acceptable at work!

I come here for the sunny back room, the waterfront patio and the awesome fries and tots. I would rather do drive through or stay home if I canāt sit on the patio when itās nice out. Close the front dining area, nobody wants to sit there anyways.

The Alaskan Kenai Burger!!! Yummy!!! Burgers don't come with a side of fries but you can order them separately. It's a little pricey for a fast food joint, but totally worth the money in my opinion.

Parking can be tight, especially if you have a truck. The service was good, and surprisingly the burgers were tasty. We are not a fast food burger kind of people so we didnāt expect anything great. For that moment, we needed something fast. Will go again.
