Family of eleven went there lastnight and now feeling sick. Everyone but one child after eating was good til the next day. I know when my kids are getting the flu and other sickness cause my baby haves a certain color to her runs when she haves the flu or sickness..

Stopped in on a warm winters day, drive through order, in and out in about 7 minutes. Had 5 cars ahead of me. Tried the new burger, was decent, can't complain. Friendly staff. Fast & accurate! Would give 5 stars, but I noticed some issues in the parking lot with the ordering screens being broken or missing completely.

Why is Alaska Sonic so different from Sonic in the lower 48. The slow service in drive through, poor presentation of food through the window, unfriendly person at the window….two cars behind me pulled away tired of waiting more than 20 minutes in the line,……wait, now 3 cars behind me have left and I’m #2 to the drive-up window. I wanted to give this Sonic another chance after last months visit but never again. Now that I have my order, I have my shake and cola but somebody else’s food. I’m not kidding. WTF Sonic!!!’ This franchisee needs to lose their contract. It’s beyond ridiculous.

The Sonic in Wasilla is I guess... not very good is the words. I don't really think this has much to do with the employees, as much as the food they are stuck with selling. I certainly understand that it is fast food and there is going to be quality limitations, but for our family it fails to impress especially when they are other much more excellent fast food options so very close. I think they cater to a younger palette, so it may be a bigger hit with kids, such as the fact that all of their onion rings have vanilla ice cream batter in the mix, but as an adult it just does not hit the mark. This place might be for you and there is no judgment there but it is not for us.

My family comes here every other week and have yet to experience poor service. The food is cheap and tasty, and the place is usually clean. Our favorite person is Washington, as he mainly works the car hop and is very kind when providing us our food or taking our order. Definitely cheaper and tastier than other nearby fast food locations.

The lady taking my order was very rude and disrespectful. She insisted she was right, even though my order on the screen was wrong. She raised her voice at me. I was blown away due to the unprofessionalism. My 8 year old daughter mentioned how rude this employee was. My order was incorrect anyways.

I used to go to Sonic for the slushies, but the quality for those really degraded. It used to be a nice mix of ice and flavor, but it's all just super strong syrupy sweetness now while it was mild before. Milkshakes are still good. I also don't go to Sonic for the burgers, fries etc. Those are all pretty bad. However, the jalapeño poppers and the mozzarella sticks are super good! Service at this location was alright, staff was friendly. Prices are high despite it being fast food.

It took over 30 minutes to get two shakes and it was not even busy. This location is always understaffed and very slow anytime you go. It’s been a constant problem that the quality of service doesn’t exist.
