I used to go to Sonic for the slushies, but the quality for those really degraded. It used to be a nice mix of ice and flavor, but it's all just super strong syrupy sweetness now while it was mild before. Milkshakes are still good. I also don't go to Sonic for the burgers, fries etc. Those are all pretty bad. However, the jalapeño poppers and the mozzarella sticks are super good! Service at this location was alright, staff was friendly. Prices are high despite it being fast food.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Sonic location is an absolute disgrace.
I ordered an egg sandwich and it came out looking and tasting like it was cooked on a griddle that hasn’t been cleaned in months. The egg itself was filthy, slimy, and thrown together so messily it barely resembled food. The cheese was even worse — it literally tasted like someone spit on it.
The mozzarella sticks? Burnt to the point of being inedible. Crunchy charcoal on the outside, dried out inside. Clearly no one in the kitchen cares about quality.
And the cookie dough Sonic Blast? Forget it. Instead of being served in the proper cup, they gave it to me in a coffee cup with a coffee lid, and it was so melted it was basically soup. No thickness, no texture — just a sugary mess.
This was hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. If this location is a reflection of Sonic as a whole, the chain is in serious trouble.

Orderd a Very simple order. Bacon burger Tots and a chicken sadness with fries. 4 friggen burgers later they FINALLY give me the right one. Need better training and better staff. More attention on what food is going out. If I was a food inspector I would shut the damn place down.

Pulled up to Wasilla Sonic at 9:45 as we where getting ready to pull in the drive through a guy stuck a sign in front of us not allowing us in. So we went around to the carhop spot only to be told they where already closed. I mean I get it they felt like they wherent busy so close a little early but to actually block people from buying stuff from the company because you don’t want to work your entire shift? I was more then a little disappointed.
I pulled into slot 4 around 3:50pm. All I ordered was a small order of cheese tots and was told it would be out to me "shortly". More than 25 minutes went by and I definitely noticed several people that arrived after me had already gotten their orders and left while I was still waiting. After the 25 minutes, I pressed the button again and asked how much longer it would be. They said that the person who took the order put it under the wrong slot and that they would get it out to me "shortly". I was not about to pay for cold, stale food that had been sitting on a counter for over 20 minutes and I certainly wasn't about to wait another 25 minutes for food that may or may not come. I told them that I don't even want it anymore and left without anything. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how can the entire staff not notice someone sitting there for that long and not put two and two together? Do better!

Got take out food for our family drive from Wasilla to Anchorage. We got 2 milkshakes, both were good. We ordered chicken tenders and fries for our little one. the tenders were pretty good, but the fries were over salted which my daughter liked. The service was good considering how busy they were
