Ordered grande vanilla white chocolate breve tried to drink it on way home it was mud mocha. Called and refused to credit my account said I would have to drive back in I live in Chugiak. The store could have offered a replacement drink anytime I could make it back not ask me to turn around. Or credit to my account that I have had for years.

Male teller is super rude. They made the wrong size drink I was ok with that if he was not so rude as he spoke to me telling me the size I order is the size he gave me. I told him I ordered the largest one and asked for the right one. I drive a big nosey truck and understand that will make things sound different then what i said. But he was rude and made it clear he was right and I was in the wrong. So I will no longer us this Starbucks do to poor service.

I really had a bad experience. The service is very very very bad. They are more concerned about the cups rather than the customer satisfaction. The drink is very bland and doesn’t have any taste, I didn’t wanna make them re do the drink so I asked for some extra espresso shot and some syrup so that I can mix it up, but they were so rude and responded as we can’t give more cups like that.

Nice employees, but terrible drinks. I’ve gone to this location twice now for their refresher drinks and both times feel like I paid for water. I’m not sure if they’re just not using enough product, but I’ve had refreshers in Anchorage, and out of state that all POP with flavor, and the ones here at this location literally taste like water with a hint of flavor. The service is fast and the employees are kind, but I feel like something is missing at this location.

One worker in there does not understand the term of no foam add whip I swear. It's so irrating when you get to work to find no one listened to your order. Is it done on purpose?

Best little coffee spot in the Valley! Yes I know it’s a major chain but the staff makes you feel like family! They are kind and patient (?especially when you don’t know how to get the special sandwich and drink for $5 on the app, but you definitely want it!) and will even tease you about your interesting drink choices ? I have Never felt so lovingly judged while placing a coffee order through the drive through. ?Sometimes I’m not only there for coffee, I’m also there to do work and staff is extremely understanding. I really appreciate this crew and location! The people definitely make the place! Please pay them a visit if you haven’t already!

Parking: A lot of the time the drive through is clogged with traffic which makes parking difficult.
