Haley was very rude to my daughter and I. I simple said I did not order a latte I ordered a Breve. She said it’s the same thing here. I made a comment stating they are made different and called Breve at every other coffee shop I’ve been too. She said well oh not here very sarcastically. She his is the first time I have ever had customer service like this from a Starbucks.

Stopped by the Starbucks in Wasilla—great prime location with easy access, especially if you're driving from Anchorage to Talkeetna or heading further north. The staff were quick and efficient with our order. I got a tall mocha, and it was made just right.
The café had plenty of seating, including some cozy spots to relax if you’re not in a rush. They also have a drive-thru for extra convenience. Restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a solid stop for a quick coffee break or to unwind mid-journey!

The drinks and food are always good when I go! The issue is some of the customer service, especially the guy that works the window. He makes snide comments and is not friendly at all. He said it was an inconvenience that I was paying for the person behind me and gave attitude when I said I wanted to do it anyways.

Ordered grande vanilla white chocolate breve tried to drink it on way home it was mud mocha. Called and refused to credit my account said I would have to drive back in I live in Chugiak. The store could have offered a replacement drink anytime I could make it back not ask me to turn around. Or credit to my account that I have had for years.

Male teller is super rude. They made the wrong size drink I was ok with that if he was not so rude as he spoke to me telling me the size I order is the size he gave me. I told him I ordered the largest one and asked for the right one. I drive a big nosey truck and understand that will make things sound different then what i said. But he was rude and made it clear he was right and I was in the wrong. So I will no longer us this Starbucks do to poor service.

I really had a bad experience. The service is very very very bad. They are more concerned about the cups rather than the customer satisfaction. The drink is very bland and doesn’t have any taste, I didn’t wanna make them re do the drink so I asked for some extra espresso shot and some syrup so that I can mix it up, but they were so rude and responded as we can’t give more cups like that.
