Went in to get a couple cups of coffee, and the two employees were more interested in their conversation then taking our order. When my wife asked for a plain bagel, the employee mumbled something we could not understand. We ended up getting the lemon iced cake and two coffees. No thank you, no acknowledgement one way or the other. Had to ask for the receipt to check balance on gift card. First time ever getting poor service from a Starbucks store.
Excellent excellent service held 2 interviews there.

I waited 25 minutes for my drink as I watched People come in after me get their drinks and still mine was not made. I had to ask for my money back so I can leave for work. It’s not the first time that this has happened. Very disappointing at the wasilla store. I love the one in Fred Myers. But this store doesn’t pay attention.
