I was really disappointed today. Came to Starbucks and got my usual frappe, which was great, by the way. I had never experienced a rude employee until today. The girl Kamale that was taking the drive thru orders was a little rude and giving side eyes when we pulled up to the window. It will be a while before I'm back. I don't like rude customer service.

This is a great starbucks. I really like coming here with my friend. The people are really nice and they always make their drinks really good. Like you can taste the love they put into every drink they make. My favorite drink is the venti vanilla latte made with breve and four extra shots for grand total of six shots of espresso.
Super friendly staff, always having fun. Every visit is made enjoyable by the baristas, and the wait is never long.

I waited 25 minutes for my drink as I watched People come in after me get their drinks and still mine was not made. I had to ask for my money back so I can leave for work. It’s not the first time that this has happened. Very disappointing at the wasilla store. I love the one in Fred Myers. But this store doesn’t pay attention.

Went in to get a couple cups of coffee, and the two employees were more interested in their conversation then taking our order. When my wife asked for a plain bagel, the employee mumbled something we could not understand. We ended up getting the lemon iced cake and two coffees. No thank you, no acknowledgement one way or the other. Had to ask for the receipt to check balance on gift card. First time ever getting poor service from a Starbucks store.
