between this location & Yenlo, i don’t know which one i like better. both have great staff, speedy, & friendly. and don’t even get me started on the manager. she is so sweet & you can tell she really cares about the store’s appearance & customers experiences’. she’s also very pretty.🤭but happily married unfortunately.🫩

I can't complain about the food subway is at its best mediocre anywhere you go, but I was on my 30min lunch break and I pulled into the drive thru, I waited about 7 minutes with no answer on the intercom till I pulled out and walked inside, I was greeted by a young man who was moving at a extremely slow pace, Im not a very impatient person, I can understand if they were busy, but he was moving as slow as someone can without standing still, I think yall need to be more careful with how you train somone, it wasn't the end of the world but it is rather annoying when you have one 30 minute break on a 12hr shift.

This location refused to make the order
Upon calling them today the manager hung up on me .
So I spoke to a different manager at another location and that manager made every excuse in the book as to the other managers actions and the refusal to make my order last night

Around 1 a.m., Tristen was single-handedly managing the drive-through, walk-in customers, DoorDash orders, and even some impatient guests. Despite the late hour and the pressure, he got our order right, stayed polite, and handled everything with professionalism and composure.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received during my visit to your 3600 Palmer Wasilla Hwy. store. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was not greeted at the intercom. After waiting for a while, I decided to pull up to the window, only to be met with no one at the window. I then used my phone to call the store and, after some delay, a staff member finally came to the window.
To make matters worse, I was informed that the Vita Water and lemonade I had ordered were unavailable, and because I had placed my order through the app, they could not issue a refund. Since my family doesn’t drink soda, I asked if they could substitute the drinks with a bags of chips, which the employee agreed to.
However, things only worsened when I got home. Two of the sandwiches were missing meat. I drove back to the store again and spoke with the manager over the worker's cell phone, Jade. After reviewing the cameras, Jade confirmed the workers had put the “appropriate” amount of meat on the sandwiches, though this was clearly not the case.
Frustrated, I left the store, and when I went to eat my $40 worth of sandwiches, they were inedible. The bread was dry and crumbled in my mouth like sand. At this point, I am truly disappointed and frustrated, not only with the lack of attention to detail in preparing the order but also with the quality of the food and the overall customer service.
I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I will return. It’s clear that both the product quality and customer service have gone downhill.

The subway on seward meridian in wasilla is 24/7. People order door dash early am for lunches for schools. They can be late as they make sandwiches when dashers come to the window. Great for night orders! Only subway I know about ocean all day and night!
