Ordered for pick up. 5p and the lobby is closed & I now have to sit in a drive thru line out of the parking lot to wait to pickup my cold food. Rootbeer was removed from the online menu so the only way to get it is to go into the lobby, that’s closed. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Why do they close the lobby so frequently? Cold food and a drink I don’t want, perfect.

Wasn’t greeted when arrives. Placed an order on the tablet and had only cash to pay. Stood there while an older woman avoided eye contact. I had to say something to pay for it. Service could be better.

Wouldnt know about Atmosphere because the lobby is always closed and the Drive thru line always a mile long. Oh check your food before you leave or else youd be having to either take the L or wait in line for another 45min to get the item thats missing. And the quality of food dropped dramtically. Ended up sick the last two times I went, and half the food thrown away because it was unedable.

Came in with a client staff was rude and didn't want to take our order. I asked a follow up question after placing our order only for the staff to be rude again. I have issues getting someone to take an order at this location they prefer for you to use the kiosks half of which are currently broken. The kiosks don't accept cash or give discounts.
