Ok so I did wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes but maybe that’s my fault for going at 5pm on New Year’s Eve. However it was worth it because the service here was wonderful. I was grumpy to say the least after the wait but even tho these guys had a million customers in line, they gave me special attention and handled my unique requests with patience and grace. Also they actually took the time to make my food the way I requested. The cashier even complimented my nails on the way out. So maybe don’t go if you’re in a rush but truly an enjoyable experience that I recommend for affordable burritos.

I'd like to start off by saying your night crew is awesome. They work really hard. That being said, the robot that's been taking orders recently sucks. It takes 5 minutes to get half the info I would get from a real person in 30 seconds. I understand you're trying to push the Taco Bell app really hard, but the app simply doesn't work correctly for some of us and alot of us would rather just speak to a person.

Ordered supreme doritos taco, got no lettuce sour cream or tomatoes. Just sloppy nasty beef and melted cheese in stale taco shells. Usually, I'd power through, but this was inedible. I'm never eating here again.
