We frequent your Big Lake location way more than I’d like to admit to lol we go there whenever Mikayla is working. She makes our coffee on point every single time and it’s absolutely delicious. Perfect stop this morning, we got iced lattes, hot latte, and a redbull smoothie. Everything tastes wonderful! The workers were all very patient and nice while helping us.
Absolutely love The Awakening! The service is consistently excellent, friendly, fast, and welcoming every single time.
The coffee? Always spot on. You can tell they care about quality and getting every cup just right. Whether I’m grabbing something on the go for myself or family and friends, it’s always a great experience.

They’ve gone so downhill, waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee( not counting the line). Understaffed/incompetent, I still don’t know why they don’t just write down the order if they can’t remember it( again messed it up, this has happened multiple times this past week). Does not offer to make me a new one and it is a super uncomfortable encounter. Can’t wait for Mocha Moose to open back up, because this was terrible.
