The Headless Horseman is an inclusive employer that provides fantastic food. They catered our meeting in Anchorage yesterday and what a treat. The brisket was divine and the service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

Earlier this week I was frantically searching for catering for my mother's memorial service (which was today.)
All the options I looked into were fairly expensive (to be expected of course when searching for catering, but it was out of my personal budget. I have never needed to look into catering before.)

I called Sleepy Hollow Golf Course and they offered me their new BBQ menu a couple days early! So I was able to get just what I was looking for!

They also offered me a great price on what I needed. Which was a load off my mind.
(I've had a stressful few weeks.)

Sleepy Hollow Golf Course catered smoked brisket and pulled pork. It was absolutely delicious! I should have taken photos.
Food was served hot and fresh and the customer service was also great!

If you don't know much about Sleepy Hollow Golf Course, they are a supported employment program for individuals with special needs!
They also have the BEST customer service cause they guys down there are so eager to meet and serve their customers! ❤️

I encourage you to give them a try!
They also have an event on Monday offically presenting their new bbq menu! I was so thankful they offered it to me early....it was so good! 😋

Great ambiance and better pizza. Wonderful staff and a nice warm rural environment. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Recently tried three pizza’s, all of them tasted horrible and were burnt. Not just a little burnt, I’m talking very burnt. The tops had several blackened edges but the bottom was nearly all black/burnt. The cheese pizza had very little cheese on it and the pepperoni only had 14 pepperoni’s on the whole thing. The sauce was so garlicky on all of them that they were not edible. Compared to other establishments this places large pizza’s are a little smaller than a normal medium sized pizza. We each had one slice (the kids didn’t even finish theirs) and then we tossed the remainder of the three pizza’s out to the chickens and went to Red Robin’s. It was such a waste of $50+…. It’s been 2 days and the chickens haven’t even finished eating their pizzas.

So good! The perfect after work dinner! That crust so so great!

Pizza was tasty! 🍕😋 After ordering it didn't take too long for it to be brought to the table and was nice and hot! my whole family enjoyed the food, even my kids! Customer service was great!
