It's a super super long wait always. Then you get to order and they don't have half the stuff to make food. I rarely take my kids here because it takes 30-45 mins in the drive through and almost as long inside.

Had a great experience today. They are quite busy with mobile, DoorDash, drive thru, and dine in customers. I ordered online. Got here and had my food in less than 5 minutes. My order was correct. The only worry I have is that the cleaner they use on the floor makes it a little slippery.

The worst customer service, workers plating around pulling hair while working with food. Over 30 min wait for fast food seems ridiculous. Go to Dukes right next door way better food support local business and dont wait 30-40 minutes for a burger.

I’ve been several times because I like Wendy’s but this location has been out of something every single time I’ve come. Little things like ketchup or bbq sauce sometimes and other times it’s bigger like none of their soda machines work, they are out of lettuce, or spicy chicken. They are also always dirty inside and commonly getting orders wrong. Seems like they are understaffed and have very poor management

Okay I ordered their doordash for their sausage gravy and biscuits I couldn't figure out how to leave the review on doordash but when you say there's sausage in your gravy it means there's sausage chunks in the gravy not just gravy by itself that is my only complaint the rest of the food was really good I liked it but if you advertise you advertise your gravy with sausage like it says sausage gravy then add sausage chunks please and thank you that is my only only thing

Placed drive thru order, nt confusing, son of baconator meal, with Dr Pepper & Dave’s single meal with Minute Maid lemonade. The lemonade was like water obviously they didn’t add mix to fountain. Told the girl she said she could take it back but offered to get me another one. Waited about 10 minutes and finally told her forget it our food was getting cold. Opened the bags there was one son of baconator and don’t know what the other burger was but a double patty with bacon no cheese and no condiments. $24 and change won’t be going back !!!

Ordered 2 meals with two frosties on the side. Got 1 sandwich, a chicken sandwich with two diffrent topping (asked for asiago ended up with something with a corn spread on it) 1 of the two fries because the other was chili cheese fries (out of chilli but was OK with a substitute) did not get second set of fries and no refund for frosties or price diffrence. This location is bar far the worst ive ever seen and needs to have the whole staff revamped.
