I have no issue having fun in the store if you’re an employee if the place is empty or having a few people in it, but the last thing I want to experience while I’m sitting down eating, is people fake moaning loudly in the kitchen

Would rate this place zero stars if I could, somehow always out of basic ingredients. Takes for ever just to place my order(literally 20-30 minutes) and then it takes even longer to get my food. By the time I even get it 9/10 times something is wrong with the order. Constantly see cooks scratching their hair just to cook and touch food again. This place SERIOUSLY needs new management to get this place in order.

They are out of everything all the time. Salad, fries, hamburge, you name it they forgot it. Don’t go here. Update: decided to give them another chance. Waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me they are out of everything we wanted for the night. For the night seriously? Shut down the fryers? Clean up early because why? Then trapped us in the drive through purposely holding us in because we didn’t order. Thisb lace is rediculous. I am definitely contacting the franchise!

Very difficult to get my order understood by the cashier. Friendly enough but difficult enough to make me not stop for an easy meal.
Empty drive throur when I got there was told by friends the Biggie bag was good I orderd one and they had no dipping sauce small bacon cheese burger 4 nuggets small fry small drink $8.12 not a bad meal I was running iut of steam it helped perk me up

Store is very slow. They never greet you in a timely manner. Takes forever for food and comes out cold. Customer service is extremely lacking here.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. No exaggeration. I thought I could run through real fast on the way to an appointment. There were only 2 people ahead of me. People behind me were trying to get cars behind them to back up. I didn't rate the food, I drove off without waiting.
