Closing the lobby at 5:30 is crazy I’ve worked at Wendy’s before and it was never closed at 5:30 and then we sat in the drive through for 40 minutes I’ll never go to Wendy’s and i will be telling everyone I know that goes to Wendy’s not to go back it’s ridiculous that the working can close the lobby whenever they want so I had to sit in line for 40 minutes to pick up a DoorDash order because of this I won’t be excepting orders that have to be picked up from Wendy’s

I ordered a sausage and egg croissant for breakfast and received a sandwich with NO EGG. This is the fourth time this Wendy’s has screwed up my order. Not coming here again. I’ve received chicken salads with no chicken, baconators with no bacon, a vanilla frosty when I’ve asked for chocolate, etc. this Wendy’s is full of lazy employees who don’t listen or care to make an order correctly. Never again. Waste of time and money.

Asked to speak to the Manager. Waste of time! She did not care. No reason why they have been out of straws for weeks. No reason for the printer not working. No reason on why their employee turnover is so high!
Any place else in the valley is better than Wendy's! The only reason to go to Wendy's is if your blood pressure is down and your heart doctor tells you to get your BP up!!!!

Really rude staff. I’ve visited twice in the past month and been surprised at how poor the service is. They are clearly understaffed, and many of the employees don’t seem properly trained. I really question the ethics of the management.

Help!! I've been in line 30 minutes, it's not moving, they put up a fence to keep you trapped in line so you can't change your mind about being willingly robbed after being UNWILLINGLY held hostage. This is not a joke. Do not come to this place unless you have a dead battery and need to let your car run for an hour or unless you are like me and want to be willingly robbed for a spicy chicken sandwich

I love Wendy’s, I have even managed a Wendy’s. So sad to see this chain go in the toilet. The location in Wasilla is always out of something, takes like 30 min or more for an order. This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to and I have been enjoying Wendy’s for decades. Please just let me take over the store 🥺. Too bad so many businesses do not take better care of the employees which in turn creates great customer interaction’s!
