PLEASE cut back on the salt! Holy cow. Otherwise, the meal was ok. Just too salty.
There was blonde hair girl with piercings with a guy with long black hair and a beanie and black glasses kissing and groping each other on the line and in the back of the store. I turned right around and left. Im not even sure they work here. Very unsanitary. Smells like a sweaty locker room.

Walked in and ordered the 20 wings with 4 flavours. Got home to find out they were boneless. Very bummed, they were big chunks, but we were really excited for WINGS not chunks of breast 😅 andyes I did ask for the wing deal. Not boneless.

At 10:30 on a Friday night (they are open until Midnight) … only two tables down to sit on, the others picked up for cleaning. A mother with her children ordered food and they needed a table for her children. Employees said “uh no you cant sit there the chairs are up” and continues to close the section off, she wanted the customer and her young children to stand and eat…. They stood and they finally grabbed a chair to sit. The employees came out with the food she stopped and sighed with frustration that the mother took three chairs down!?! Like come on :(

Absolutely loved the Hawaiian boneless wings and the BBQ wings.. Customer service was wonderful. They made me feel like I was important and was treated with respect.

Today was my son's birthday and he really wanted Wingstop. When I ordered I misspoke and said 10 mild wings when I meant to say 10 original (kid just can't handle any spice lol). When the order came out I realized my mistake and asked if I could get 10 original. Olivia who served us said don't worry at all and quickly got a new batch out to us and refused to let me pay even though the mistake was on me. She was very friendly and always smiling and excited to help. Food was amazing, store was clean and they had good tunes playing in the background.
I've always ordered to go but after today's experience will dine in more often. Huge thanks to Olivia for going above and beyond

Cashier was eating while taking orders and going back and forth from the kitchen. Wiping her mouth, did not wash her hands once.
Bathroom was disgusting, I turned around and walked out.
Do better Wasilla, wing stop, please! We love the food but the place is dirty.The whole place needs cleaned, from the counter to the floors and bathroom.
Also, the worker taking so loud, saying cus words and absolutely unprofessional.

Ordered the sweet bbq, Louisiana rub and garlic parmsean wings and seasoned fries. The wings are wirthr the wait. Maybe make the garlic parmsean a sauce type wing, not much flavor. The other 2 styles we got, were great. Good season on fries. Order was ready as on the app/online. Place was hopping.

My problem is the app and nobody responds to the reviews on the app so there's no way to communicate feedback. The app used to have a guest login on it and now it's gone. There's no reason to sign up when you get absolutely zero rewards for ordering through the app. And now I put in my email and password and then it wants a damn authentication number that it sends to my email. Wtf am I logging into? A food app or a damn government website? Lighten up on the damn security measures to login to the app. Pass this info on to corporate if you give a damn because I know individual locations don't run the apps.

Can't be bothered to answer a phone, ordered 2 different kinds of wings, they gave me the wrong kind, 2 of the same instead of what I actually ordered, and the best part, I said it to the person 3 times. No shot yall mess THAT up.

Ordered online, went in to pick up and was told my order would be ready in 5 mins. 5 mins pass and the clerk goes to check and said it would be 5 mins. I told him I was told 5 mins 5 mins ago and he said I had a big order. I had only ordered 3 items. 5 mins pass another clerk checks, comes back and said they lost my chicken. Not sure how that happens. 5 mins after that my food comes out. My partner and I couldn't eat the food because it was to salty. Very disappointed.

I just ordered food through DoorDash and I’m missing an entire meal. Missing an entire meal is just unacceptable???
How does that happen when you have a receipt right in front of you to check off as you go through it.
I don’t write reviews very often. I’m not that type
of person but when I call 5 times and get put on hold for 30min and waste my Saturday afternoon I’m annoyed. I want my money back. We don’t even want the meal anymore.
My Dasher Jacky was fantastic though and she called be right immediately and also informed me that she also write a bad review due to attitude problems in the store and poor service and that my meal was sitting on the rack for 25min with her sitting there waiting and she had to ask for my stuff. And was given an attitude???? Terrible management!!!
