Quality is bad. Just outright bad, and most of the recent good reviews on here are no doubt bots. Zushi has clearly gone down hill in the past year. This place charges outrageous prices for so minimal in care, quality, and portion. They just do not care here. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I will give them props for this though, their homemade soy sauce is good, it's just sad that I had to add my own flavoring to the food I ordered. It was so bland without adding their soy sauce. I ordered the bento combination box with veg takisoba and some salmon nigiri, the salmon was so poorly cut that it looked like a cat had gotten ahold of it before being put on the plate. The rice was so dry that without adding soy sauce I could hardly swallow it.

Great place to sit and catch up with friends, the music wasn't load and the big windows pluse warm lighting made a great atmosphere. The food was super fresh tasting, definitely recommend the vegetable tempora, absolutely mouth watering.

Service was subpar and the wait for even drinks was long with few customers. Beer for my husband was poured incorrectly. We were offered the military discount for the wait... even though we would have qualified for it anyways??? Not really worth returning. Food was good, but there are way better places to get good veg sushi in the area

Small seating area and a little warm inside, but absolutely amazing food and great service at a great price. Their choose your own bento box meals are amazing, broccoli beef and sesame chicken are actually some of the best I've ever had from a restaurant like this. We were served fast, and the Thai iced tea was also perfect. Probably our new go to for Wasilla!
