The pictures speak for themselves! As if the view wasn’t enough of a reason to come here- Kathy (the owner) and the coffee is amazing! This was such a peaceful stop to take in the magic of Whittier. Kathy even sends out the postcards she sells for you! That was such a special touch. 100/10 can’t recommend this place enough!!

Wow! This place has an AMAZING VIEW (and lots of seating to sit and enjoy said view). It also has great coffee and delicious food. The star of this place is 100% the owner! She is welcoming, generous, and has worked very hard to bring this gem back to life. If you only have time to stop at one place in Whittier, this is THE spot to go to.

Such a welcoming environment. We stopped in to warm up and get some coffee while we waited to get on the ferry. When we returned to Whittier, four days later, we visited again for coffee before leaving Whittier and the owner recognized us right away.

What a gem of a place! Took a trip to Whittier and didnt realize the rain/wind/cold would keep me from hiking. Was kind of a bummer until I found this cafe and its owner. It has an enormous variety of hot beverages to choose from and, even so, let me customize a London Fog. I resisted the yummy looking pastries but was welcomed in to sit by the cozy fireplace to dry off and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. This would've been more than enough but the lovely owner was so personable and kind. She told me about the history of the area and cities around it, and even fixed me a snack of mozzarella and watermelon totally unprompted and completely delicious. My day was made completely by this cafe. More than highly recommend!
