I spent a week in Wrangell and was so impressed with the food and coffee at Sweet Tides! The atmosphere was curated and peaceful and the coffee was phenomenal, easily the best place to go in town. The prices are slightly expensive but understandable considering the location:)

Very good baked treats. Tried their chocolate chip cookie and blondie. And large portions as well. They have sandwiches and salads also available. Outside eating area also available.
Amazing food! You must stop here for a bite to eat and drink. Delicious rhubarb cake and more. Very friendly staff and cute vibe.
Great little cafe with home made pastries and fresh coffee. Worthwhile stop if you are exploring the small town.

Yum! Sourdough staff love to drop guests off at Sweet Tides for a coffee and treat before they head up the Stikine River! It’s a must when in Wrangell, Alaska!
Great cup of coffee and lots of pastries! They use Caffe Vita beans so it was delicious and perfectly roasted! Lots of folks were enjoying the Denver Scramble or Egg and Cheese Sandwich for breakfast.

After a morning excursion we wanted a break before returning to the ship. Sweet Tides provided the cappuccino and baked goods to keep us going. The maple walnut cake and rhubarb apple upside down cakes were large and filling. The restaurant also has a variety of sandwiches and baked goods. At lunch time and when ships are in port there can be a line up for service. There is limited seating within the cafe.
Really nice shop. Quality tasting coffee and matcha drinks at good prices. Do not, under any circumstances, look at their sandwiches and baked goods. My wife made eyes at those french dips and Cubans in a way that she never looked at me. They are absolutely mouth watering.
Kudos to them for such a nice shop. Fantastic stop while in Wrangell

We were on the Alaska ferry and made a quick stop in Wrangell. We needed to stretch our legs so we walked down to Sweet Tides and bought a few items for later. The treats were very tasty and reasonably priced. The person working that day was very polite and helpful. This was one of the places to open early that provided quick service. Would definitely return in the future or recommend.
Had the grilled ham and cheese sandwich. It was great. Staff was friendly.

Nice people delicious food. Breakfast burrito was tasty.
I went here with my apprentice William and while we were there we daddled In the dark arts of sorcery and defeated Indian food.
