We waited 35 minutes on cheeseburgers and a chicken wrap. Cars were backed up everywhere even though we pulled right up with no one in front of us. Come on McDonald's, you should be better than this.

Aug. the 2nd stopped at the drive through to order some food. I placed my order and pulled up to window to pay. Well after 15 minutes of waiting to pay also the employees seen us there and never came to the window so we left. That was entirely a complete waist of my time there. I promise Abbeville,Al. McDonald’s I will never be back there for anything you have!!!! Maybe y’all will close the doors due to poor service.

Open early. We placed a mobile order and shockingly they got everything right which was awesome. However, app does not allow for a cup of water option so when we got to the drive thru to pick up the order, we requested a cup of water and they told us we had to place a new mobile order with it. We asked if a water cup was not free and they said no?? But it's not even an option in the app? Kinda ridiculous

I ordered a large hot tea and they only gave me 1 teabag to place in the hot water. I went inside and asked for another tea bag because it's much cheaper for a small hot tea that also comes with only 1 teabag. It also says there are more calories in the large hot tea on the mobile app I ordered from. The male manager sitting at a table on the computer said it's only 1 teabag regardless of size. Why would anyone get a large if it's watered down compared to a small? It was $2 plus tax for hot water and 1 teabag. And why is it more calories for a large compared to a small according to the online app if it's still just one tea bag? Does that mean there are calories in the hot water? Since most people don't even drink tea, I think it was petty to not just include another tea bag, especially when other places do. Won't be back.

Double cheeseburger was dry and cheese not melted. Big Mac was hot as were the french fries.
Worst franchise ive ever been to. They get the order wrong every single time and are rude when you comment on it. The foods not prepared correctly and they also get rude when you comment on that. When trying to feed 10+ people, it's impossible to trust you dont have to micro manage each purchase. Frustrating to say the least.

EDIT: They accepted the undercooked burger and made a new one. They apologized and even threw in apology fries. Nice recovery! My burger was raw, the attitude at the window and the young man that brought the order out was terrible. It certainly does make Hardee's seem more a better choice.

Ordered the Number 3 Meal which is a Double quarter pounder with fries and a drink. Asked for no mayo or cheese on my burger both of those went ignored. My drink was barely filled up and wasn’t sweet at all (I ordered the sweet tea). The Fries were awful they had barely any salt. Ive come to expect sub par food from McDonald’s it’s become something they are known for at this point, but can we at-least follow simple instructions? Overall very poor experience would recommend passing by this one if you’re hungry and try make it a little farther into town.

As for this McDonald's. I'm not loving it. This place just felt dead. Very few customers. Just a "meh" feeling. Nothing like the McDonald's of yesteryear. But then again, what is. Our food order had to be remade. Nothing major ,they added pickles when I asked for none. Our food over all was kinda "meh" too. The sauces were kinda slopped on the sandwiches. And the bread almost had a plastic feel too it. The fries were sad and limp. Not much flavor there either. If you want a quick knot in your stomach to hold you over till supper it's fine but you might find more enjoyment in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
