The staff didnt seem very interested in the customers. The order kiosks have taken the personal touch out of the experience its a major disservice.

I ordered from the app and stopped and went in for an apple pie and shake while driving through town. The pie would've taken about 10 minutes to fry, and I wanted to quickly get back on the road. I asked if I could get a sundae instead. She said no problem, I got back on the road in no time. I appreciate the little things they do for their customers.
I ordered extra pickles and got zero pickles. I often wonder what makes it so hard to go from confirmation of what I ordered to what I actually get. McDonald's is known for that sort of thing.
