Me and my family would come eat here like 2 times every time we could go to Eufaula, which would be every holiday and just randoms times during the week, we went on vacay august 23rd, I called and made a reservation for Friday august 27th @ 6:30pm, and made a reservation for 16 people august 28th for my birthday @7:00 pm, Friday we had excellent service, and food! But Saturday we got there at 7 and they gave our table up, then we sat there for 30 minutes to an hour with NO DRINKS. Then we finally got our drinks and the beers that were ordered were hot. Then they told us it would be 2 1/2 hours before we would even get our food and another hour before they could even put it in, they tried to get us to leave so they could close early, and we did. So off the hook, it’s been fun, but it’s not the same as snoring bears

This place is now called Off the Hook due to new ownership. I have really never left a bad review and I eat out often. This place is not clean, example - the opened sweet & low packets were still on the table and the waitress just picked them up and swept off the aftermath with her hand. The food was awful. Chicken Parmesan - chicken could not be chewed and 3 of us tried it and literally had to spit it out. They did bring us something else. This is the first time I have ever returned food. I always eat every ounce of a 16 oz ribeye. I ordered it medium, 12 oz was all they had and I chewed all I could but was probably the worst steak I have ever had. We had (2) of the loaded potatos which the bar-b-q on it tastes like canned meat. My wife got grilled shrimp and they were okay. For 4 of us to eat it was $90 without tip. I don’t mind paying for a good meal but that is rediculous! I would have rather stayed home and ate cereal!

I go here all the time, take out or dine in, you can't go wrong. The food, staff, owners & atmosphere make it an amazing experience.
Straight skinny is, gator bites are great. Cajon burger was awesome. Fries were fries. Rick's Mac and cheese ? is crack. April, Rick, and staff were on point. Bar patrons made me feel like I was hanging with old friends.

I was so displeased putting it mildly with the service most rude manager i have ever seen waited over an hour for our food & people came in after we did , & were served before we were , plus no salad served before meal brought with meal, to start with , then meal was cold . Then their ribey was the flatest piece of meat & was not cooked medium it was well. So this place is somewhere i would never go again . But to have a manager as rude as she was , the owners need to stat replacing people . It's only going to go down hill . I woould rate this place a "0" it's that bad .

The new management and owners have let this place go down hill quickly. The staff was friendly but the food was horrible. The new menu is also options… for a lakeside menu you’d expect more fish… The owners dogs barking next door is also very annoying when trying to enjoy the meal, not that the meal taste well enough to enjoy. Seriously avoid this place….

Nothing good I can say. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I am extremely unhappy with this experience. Slow service. One rude server, one nice server. The food was not impressive to say the least. For two people it cost us $50 because 18% gratuity is added into the check. I’m thankful for the one good server, she made the experience bearable
