I stopped to get a chicken biscuit this morning. There was ONE employee running the drive thru and the dining room. Since her official job was drive thru she couldn't use the dining room register so she was running back and forth, it was a mess. If there was a manager on duty, (which i assume there had to be) i never saw them, she was literally on her own. Needless to say, I had McDonalds for breakfast this morning! Very disappointed Jack's!

Food was fresh and hot

Three times now I’ve been to this place it is hands down the nastiest, most disgusting fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I tried two different burgers and a chicken finger snack. The burger buns were hard, the cheese was hard and cold because it had been sitting for so long. The meat was disgusting. The bacon tasted like it was a month old. The chicken fingers were just as bad. In my opinion, this place is going to make someone very sick with food poisoning; therefore, I contacted the health department. I don’t want to, but I’m seriously worried the food they serve is going to hurt someone.

Ordered a chicken sandwich in the drive through. When I got to the window, She told me they forgot to cook chicken so it’s going to be a 15-20 min wait. So here I am spending half of my lunch brake waiting on food.

Great experience

I usually make orders about 8 o’clock, but I haven’t been at this jacks in months even though I live A mile away because they don’t answer the phone past 730 It’s really awful seeing that they don’t close till 10 I would understand if I called at 940 trying to make a order but I’m calling at 7:30 or 740 maybe even 750 to make an order It’s either they’re lazy or they don’t care about their customers. i’d rather go to a store that actually knows how to answer their phones I literally drive all the 15 miles away When I make my orders because they actually know how to answer the phone I can’t Understand the online stuff because of my disability just imagine if someone works there trying to call and check on their schedule. Nobody answers the phone. How can you get on to somebody for being late when they can’t even call to check their schedule And if they fire somebody for being late when they can’t even call to check their schedule is a disgrace to management, they should hire better workers and half the time I go there they won’t even get my order correct and like I said, Only Go to Jack’s around 730 or 8 any other time the day I have no problem with them answering the phones or getting the order right they need to hire better managers and better people for night time

They often got my order wrong going through the drive through. I have ordered a deluxe breakfast and didn't have hash browns. I would order an extra egg with cheese and didn't get the extra egg but got cheese in the original order of egg with the meal. I've even got extra hash browns when I ordered extra eggs.

Grease pit with weak coffee, served with a smile. Worst biscuits but friendly service.

Tempted to leave 1 star. Waited 15 minutes while 6 other cars got their order. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich...quite the opposite.
