Jack's Family Restaurant

I always enjoy Jack's when I can. I look for them when I travel.

Ok so this place is not all that great 👎🏽even though the service was ok 👍🏽the food 🍟🍔was cold🥶 and I noticed that all the sandwiches was sitting in the ben the whole time I was there and I was there for about 20 minutes now I know Jack's is the only restaurant in Aliceville smh come on Jack's just because u the only restaurant in the little town u should try to b the best at least make my food hot 😡😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This would be a great spot to open a new restaurant! The owner should realize that the customer service at the Aliceville location is the worst I’ve ever seen at any fast food joint. They act like they’re doing you a favor to sell you food! And there is ZERO POINT in using the Jacks app, bc after using it three times, once I arrived there they had not yet even bagged the food up, and one time it wasn’t all cooked. So them saying ready in 10 minutes ended up being about 25-30 minutes each time! This place is ridiculous, and if it weren’t the only place in town it would’ve been gone. I would LOVE to actually talk to this owner!

Worst visit I’ve ever had at Jacks. I’ve gone to the one in Reform for years and occasionally the one in Aliceville. Stopped in tonite at 9 on my in from out of town. The guy who was working the front was doing the trash and just ignored that we even walked in. Finally another guy told him to come take our orders and did …. Even after ME saying hey how are you and him just looking at me like I had 3 heads ticked off he had to do HIS job. He then after we told him what we wanted and scanned our card walked away without giving us a receipt I had to get it on my own or cups, so I ask the women behind the counter if she could give us cups.. same attitude she was ticked she had to do anything. There was no ice in the machine so my husband ask them for ice in his cup…. Same attitude. Then the food was not even Hot. It was a totally disappointment to be treated so awfully then on top of this check out this picture of how nasty this place has become. The owner better get in there and see what’s going on bc I will not be back after being treated like I was a problem as a paying customer not asking for anything but what I paid for.
