Jack's Family Restaurant

Waited at least 2-3 minutes at the drive thru before someone actually took our order. The food came out hot and the kids liked it. We got everything we asked for would just like the drive thru service to be more efficient, fast, and friendly.

Ok so this place is not all that great 👎🏽even though the service was ok 👍🏽the food 🍟🍔was cold🥶 and I noticed that all the sandwiches was sitting in the ben the whole time I was there and I was there for about 20 minutes now I know Jack's is the only restaurant in Aliceville smh come on Jack's just because u the only restaurant in the little town u should try to b the best at least make my food hot 😡😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This would be a great spot to open a new restaurant! The owner should realize that the customer service at the Aliceville location is the worst I’ve ever seen at any fast food joint. They act like they’re doing you a favor to sell you food! And there is ZERO POINT in using the Jacks app, bc after using it three times, once I arrived there they had not yet even bagged the food up, and one time it wasn’t all cooked. So them saying ready in 10 minutes ended up being about 25-30 minutes each time! This place is ridiculous, and if it weren’t the only place in town it would’ve been gone. I would LOVE to actually talk to this owner!

In addition to the fact that these employees act like they’re doing a favor to actually wait on you and do their job, I’ve tried ordering thru the app three times now and each time after it said to wait ten minutes, I get there and they have to find the receipt, then it takes another 10-15 minutes for them to gather up the food and get it to you. Totally defeats the point of using the app!!! They need new management that will actually make the employees do their job and also have a better attitude.
