The CO2 was not working in the soda machine the manager yelled in at us after we ordered and said we would have to get tea or water that was it… Did not offer a refund until we asked and was told it would be a minute. Very rude staff ! We will not be back!

It’s faster to drive to Boaz or Albertville. They serve one person at a time. I sit at the speaker for 5 minutes until they finally want to take the code. They never get the order right. It’s bad all the way around.

This McDonald’s has the poorest customer service ever their manager. Brandon did not care about my grandson having no chicken nuggets and his happy meal. He actually had a box of big Mac sauce. Brandon said oh it wasn’t done on purpose, but I have a picture. I’m gonna post of the box and you tell me if you would pick that up and put it in a kids meal This McDonald’s needs to close It is Horrible!!!

I stop here almost everyday because their food is always good. But today my English muffins were over cooked to the point that I wasn't able to take a bite out of it.

Ordered 40 nuggets asked for lots of buffalo and ranch sauce... they only gave 3 and said we're supposed to charge for that... ordered 6 chicken sandwiches 4 lg fries and 4 lg drinks... the lady at 2nd window looks so high out of her mind she didnt understand me asking for some more sauce
