Drive through service is doing everything to look good to corporate despite it making the experience worse for customer. Only taking one order waiting for it to pay. The. Pulling it into a parking spot before letting the next car order. Your drive through times look great but all of your customer wait longer just to make management look good on paper.

It's ok for FAST FOOD because that's exactly what it is...I'm trying to get healthy and that's not healthy but fast food...but there is a gas station inside this one

The coffee didn't have any cream and sugar like I asked, and the steak bagel didn't have any butter on it and it was rock hard biting in to it. Usually get better service here.
