Food its good, but ordering on drive thru takes entirely too long. I dont know what the staff is doing, but, they are not taking the orders... this restaurant is bein steady downfall for last couple of years ???

Not only did I wait nearly 45 minutes for my order - which is a regular occurrence at this McDonald’s - but there’s EGG SHELLS on my sausage McMuffin. I live close by so this is the only McDonald’s around, but honestly, this is my last straw. If you go at night time , there is absolutely no issue. But the morning and lunch crew are rude and careless. This has happened multiple times and I am personally done with McDonald’s in general. I know this review isn’t going to change anything, but at least other people won’t be surprised when they are waiting a long time for food that has egg shells in it.

“one moment please”, proceeds to wait 15 mins with not one word. This place is trash.
I ordered some food, and a cup of ice. At the window, they asked me to pull up, I said plz don't forget my cup of ice, and if you will I'd like a few packs of salt. Got down the rd and no salt, they INSTEAD POURED SALT ALL INTO MY CUP OF ICE, WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL AFTER I POURED IT INTO MY DRINK WHICH IT RUINED!!

I thought it was an evening problem, but my husband went to McDonald's about 5 minutes after they opened and sat in the drive-thru 8 minutes, and no one spoke to him. So he drove to the window and they ignored him. Then, someone else pulled into the drive-thru, and they took their order. So he drove back around, and they told him to hold on. Then they took his order. This has gotten ridiculous. Many people in the community have the same experience of driving up and no one taking their order even though there is no one else in front of them. Someone please notify the owner. This McDonald's has become a dump. A year ago we didn't have this problem.
