I made an online order for 2 dippers both with ranch, a ham sub with American cheese, and a chicken bacon ranch sub with EXTRA BACON. when I received my order the dippers had no ranch, the ham sub had the wrong cheese, and the chicken bacon ranch had the wrong bread and NO BACON. When I attempted to call the store phone the lines were turned off. Terrible all around
Ordered on line and attendants missed putting the ingredients on both sandwiches ,even though it listed them right on the receipt

Owner needs to throw out lettuce and spinach when it turns brown . Employees don't need to be behind counter serving food with tank top shirts and hairy arm pits hanging out.
When it June and 95 degrees out he needs to let his employees turn on the 4 ceiling fans. I guess he saves electricity. This was June 16 2024 in the evening. Anyway just way I seen things when I was there.

There is a young lady that works there named Katelyn smart, hopefully I spelled her name correctly. She is by far the most AMAZING worker I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. It was five minutes until they closed and she literally pulled everything out to make me a sandwich, and she does not even understand how grateful I am for that. She was fantastic. Her and her manager were there and they were both just as polite as you would have ever wanted anyone be. She just went above and beyond to make sure we were OK and I will forever stop at Subway in Snead if I’m hungry. I will not spend a single penny at another restaurant in Snead, I will always go to Subway from here on out because of this young lady; so thank you ladies so much. I hope your bosses see this because both of you need an enormous raise if that’s the kind of customer service you give because it was impeccable , thank you so much .

Went in on a Monday to find they were out of bread at a sandwich restaurant went back a few days later because I normally like subway I also like the coupon deals I receive in the mail which brings me to the negative of this review most Subways that don't except coupons clearly post notices on the door and at the register and I've never had an issue at this particular subway before when it came to using coupons but the last time I went they wouldn't except my coupon and didn't have sign posted and the worker who cut my sub really needs some more practice

Terrible service I placed my order as online pickup. I placed my order at 4:30 said it would be ready at 4:55 however when I arrived at 4:58 it was not ready nor had been started I stood in the store waiting for at least 10-15 minutes before my order was ready! Absolutely ridiculous what’s the point of placing a order for pickup if it’s not gonna be ready at the time it told me that it would be ready? The lady working behind counter was very unhelpful an not trying to get my order ready like it should have been when I arrived! Like I said pointless. They need to hire some better workers.
