Snead subway really needs some new management. Everytime I go the employees are all but rude. This morning I went before work (9am) and the only bread they had cooked was wheat. The only meat was chicken, ham and turkey. The only cheese was provolone and pepper jack. The lettuce looked like it has been sitting outside all day. And then I was informed they no longer take coupons. When asked if I wanted my sandwich heated or toasted I said both and the lady making my sandwich looked at me like I was crazy and asked which one first and when I said heated she snickered and shook her head. Extremely disapointed with what this establishment that I have been going to my whole life has become!

#23 Spicy Italian Sub footlong. Plus 1 for $1.00.
I just Don't understand why they call it Spicy, When there is NOTHING SPICY on it. It would be Better if it came with Capricola Ham and Pepper Jack Cheese as the Standard items for the Sub. I Tend to Load it up with Double the meat's and the Fresh looking Veggies that I get. But the One Thing that Pisses Me Off is, They Never Read the Damn Notes you leave for Them, on a Mobile order from the App. I Personally like to Have Mine NOT CUT IN HALF.
The store I go to Most Of the time is Quite Dead inside at the tables. There are more people just Order and Leave.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. I’ve gotten supper on Wednesday nights for the last 2 weeks. Both times I was waited on with a smile and a clean store!! I give it a 10/10!

I had my worst Subway experience when I ordered from this store at about 8pm tonight. This particular store is apparently totally fine with giving people undercooked/partially raw dough and barely any meat when you pay extra for double, and while they're making your sandwiches, they're happily digging their fingers into the bread leaving it torn up and squashed so it looks like a 2 year old got too rough while making it. That's the last time I'll ever make the mistake of ordering from them. They don't care if you get sick or can't eat what you paid for, they got their money and that's all they care about! Good luck getting anything that's actually edible or good luck with your food poisoning if you go here!

I ordered online and asked for 2 footlongs, both toasted. One with pepper jack cheese and the other Monterey cheddar. Neither were toasted, bread was also under cooked (doughy), one had American cheese AND a hair in side it.

Ordered online like we always do. I got an Ultimate BMT on Italian Herb and Cheese, and my husband got the Pizza Sub on flatbread. My sandwich was made on flatbread, and my husband's was made on the Italian Herb and Cheese. The lady that made the sandwiches told my husband about the mess up, and my husband asked if she could fix it because I do not like flatbread. She said she could fix it, but we would be charged for a whole new sandwich. He asked why we would have to pay for a new sandwich when she clearly messed up our order. We will not be coming back. We used to love this Subway, but each visit gets worse and worse.

The blue haired girl that works there is amazing! She makes our food right and got my old man a new favorite sandwich. BUT the girl she worked with tonight on 12/8/24 was higher then a kite was more worried about going and sitting with her family. Kept looking at my old man like he was stupid when he would tell her what she wanted. This place would get 5 stars if it wasn't for her. But the girl with blue hair most definitely deserves a promotion/raise!!

I made an online order for 2 dippers both with ranch, a ham sub with American cheese, and a chicken bacon ranch sub with EXTRA BACON. when I received my order the dippers had no ranch, the ham sub had the wrong cheese, and the chicken bacon ranch had the wrong bread and NO BACON. When I attempted to call the store phone the lines were turned off. Terrible all around
Ordered on line and attendants missed putting the ingredients on both sandwiches ,even though it listed them right on the receipt
