Took over an hour for my food to be delivered. It's less then 3 miles. The food was cold and soggy by the time I got it then for it to look the way it did just totally disappointing. Will not order from Arab Arby's again.

Sat in drive thru for 45 mins never moved not 1 vehicle so I left. A couple days later I was gonna go thru again this I sat 20 mins no one moved

Consistently good food and service. Parts of the onside look like they could use a renovation. However, I would prefer low prices versus spending a lot to improve the interior and then forced to raise prices..

So we order a 2 for $6 and the Mac and cheese bites take over 20 minutes! I had to pick my daughter up from her babysitter and expected my order to be quick. Boy was I mistaken 🙄

I ordered a classic roast beef with cheese sticks around 7:30 and ate it on the way home and thought this isn’t very good but I’m hungry so I’ll eat it then by 8:15 I could not leave my bathroom and had food poisoning. Don’t know if my food had been sitting out for a long time or what but do not recommend unless you want to be hugging the toilet.

Went through drive thru and ordered a French dip and Swiss about 30 mins ago. The aju is straight water and the the meat in the French dip is not sliced well at all. It has huge chunks of roast beef. The lady working threw my food at me basically.
