Went through drive thru and order whooper combo and order of chicken fries they ask if I wonted my combo large .I said yes and the total for the whooper combo was 23.00 I asked why so high they said when I said yes to a large combo well it's a extra dollar for cheese extra dollar for fries extra dollar for my drank .still wouldn't of added up to 23.00 dollars so I ended up paying 17.00 dollars forgot a small combo and chicken fries .so not going back

So I came in the building because the drive thru was long.I was behind a little elderly lady when I came in.no one spoke and said whatever the greeting is and they seen me,but it seems as if drive thru was more important than greeting a customer that came into establishment. but anyway after 5 minutes of waiting for interaction I ask the elderly have she ordered she said no, now I don’t know how long she had been standing there without interaction but an employee finally came over after hearing me ask the question and took her order and looked at me and said I will be will you shortly and went back to bagging for drive thru.after more people came in she finally ask me can I take your order but all I wanted to know was did they have an item I wanted.the moral of the story is please get retrained good customer service is a must and ignoring customers because drive thru is obviously more important than the people in the actual restaurant is unexceptionable please do better that whole experience was enough to make me avoid this location all together. So the question is how many more people will stop coming and how much more money will you lose because of horrible customer service I don’t know and maybe y’all don’t care but anyway Good day.

Sunday, November 23, we placed our order and proceeded to the drive thru withdow as instructed. Then, we waited more than 15 minutes without one single employee in the restaurant acknowedging our presence. We left without out food.

It was the worst service we have ever received at a restaurant.

The crew here is usually pretty friendly and polite. The food.. it's about as good as one would expect from a Burger King. Pro tip: Just make sure you double check your bag before you pull off, because they have left items out of our orders several times.
