I was served ancient artifacts for breakfast that resulted in food poisoning. I was violently ill with diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Not only do they never get my order right to begin with (My breakfast as supposed to have cheese but it was missing), I was served food that was expired in a warmer. Do not eat here. This burger king is going to end up killing someone.

Had the pleasure of dealing with a manager called Gayle morning shift. She didn’t state who she was when getting the phone from an employee. Placed an order at 8:52, was giving 6 different drivers and 6 different times with door dash never received order. Wouldn’t even trust the food if we received.

I ordered an original chicken sandwich.... my pregnant self literally cried when I got home and opened this disgusting abomination 😭 I'm normally not one to leave bad reviews but the mayo and lettuce are what make this sandwich and American cheese makes me gag 🤢 I'm so disappointed...

Edit: I will say it looked like there were only 2 employees working the lunch rush. There was trash all over the floor inside and they were running back and forth like crazy. It's such a disservice to both your customers AND employees to not schedule enough workers to properly cover a shift.. I will not be going back to this location.

27 dollars for two large whopper combos without onions add cheese.
Problems: burger was cold with onions. Fries were soggy. No straws. Half and half tea was all unsweet. The only saving grace was the proper customer service attitude from what I'm assuming is the gm.. its 1pm on a Saturday, not quiet sure why there was 5 mistakes on this ordee but for almost 30.00 i think it's a bit much for such.

Order wasn't right and the food was awful. Everything was soggy and burnt tasting. I paid 36$ for food we couldn't even eat. The staff was super nice though.

After waiting in line for well over 20 minutes they still forgot items for the order. When we went inside to retrieve the missing items the staff was rude and said that they didn't forget the stuff basically accusing us of lying. They did eventually give us the missing items that was disappointed with how it was handled

False advertisement, all menus and signage say cotton candy cloud available BUT staff says it's discontinued?!?
It's not that hard to pull the yard stake sign up and if it's on your menu it shouldn't be pulled yet so who's lying, your associates or your menu board?
