The Regional manager needs to come in here and train these people very quickly. I've never seen a restaurant so slow or disorganized in my entire life. Especially when they are dead slow and not busy at all.

My blizzard looked watery and tasted off I am now sitting in front of my toilet about to throw up I don’t know if the choco blizzard was good or if the brownies in it were good but I am not doing to well myself.

I ordered online 2 burgers and fries, 2 sodas and 2 mini blizzards. It was supposed to be ready at 10:52 am. I was there right on time. I was told they were out of sugar cookie blizzards, so I ordered a different one. After about 12 min waiting at the drive thru, the girl handed me the 2 blizzards and closed the window. As I continued to wait, I could hear a girl inside yelling loudly several times, almost screaming really. Another 14 minutes goes by and a car is waiting behind me. Im then told to pull up and I watch the car behind me get their bag of food and drive off. A young man brings me out my order. At this point my grandson and I have had to eat our blizzards or have them turn into a cup of milk. It's been literally 30 minutes waiting there for our online order. I ask the kid did that car behind me order online. He tells me no. So how then is their order ready and done and given to them when I ordered mine at 10:35 am, and it is now 11:25 am?? I ordered online , as ppl do, to prevent a wait, to just grab and go. Where is the manager here? Where is the service? Their ownly saving grace is that my picky grandson absolutely loved the burger and fries. Get it together dairy Queen! Seriously!! almost a whole hour from ordering to serving it. Horrendous. Added Feb 1 ,2026. Ordered a soft serve vanilla in a dish and a pup cup. Waited behind one car at the drive thru for 15 min. Omg this is ridiculous. I swear on my life, I would drive to Huntsville for ice cream or for Dairy Queen before will go to the Arab one again. Young kids goofing off, orders take forever....

Service was fine restaurant was clean.
The soft serve is some of the worst i've ever had. It definitely does not taste like ice cream but rather ice milk. They do not offer soft served chocolate ice cream, So if you don't like vanilla, you're out of luck. Vanilla ice cream that tastes like ice milk dipped in chocolate just doesn't do it. One flavor of ice cream offered at a place that specializes in soft serve ice cream. So much for variety. You will like what we tell you You'll like

I Ordered on the app waited in the drive through no one came over the speaker for the first car or ours so we pulled to the window and the ignored us so we went in just to be told our bananas are mushy so do you still want a banana split or something else. The whole time the lady was wearing the head set she is just ignoring customers. Also we found out that the person walking by acting like he didn't see anyone at the window was the manager.

Got the peanut butter parfait, which I love but I wanted their new blizzard flavor. They were out. The ice cream was a little runny. This has been my experience recently.

This past Sunday 09/07/25, I ordered a simple butterfinger blizzard with extra butterfinger. (Yes I know only an extra .89 cents…) petty much? maybe, I don’t care. Everyone wants higher paying jobs and then stuff like this happens. Little problems grow into big problems. I did in fact receive my blizzard but with little to no butterfinger. Also, the cashier at the window had little to no personality, maybe she was having a bad day who knows. But when your job is interacting with customers and delivering a simple product that was paid for then that’s what they deserve. You chose your job, if you don’t like it find another one. Rant over

I’ve been to this DQ twice and both times I was treated the exact same. First time I had a mobile order for just a chocolate milkshake and fries I come to the window as one does and she goes “we don’t have that mobile order I don’t know what you want me to do” so I go in show my receipt and convince her I paid and she finally made my milkshake but never gave me my fries. Whatever she could have had a bad day I let it go. I come back today and the entire crew seemed like they had no clue what was going on. I get to the window with another mobile order brown hair guy says “what did you have” I said mobile order he comes back with my blizzard and says “have a good day” mind you I also had a meal so I stop him and say “I had the flamethrower meal also” he said oh ok 5 minutes later a blond guy comes up to the window and hands me the bag and says “have a good day” I stop him and say I also had a doctor pepper blond kid then rolls his eyes and says it’s coming up and shuts the window like I know you have a screen in there I’ve worked in fast food before none of you looked at it and made sure I had everything I needed why did I have to remind them of -everything- I ordered it felt very unorganized I try to be nice to fast food workers because I understand what it’s like to work In fast food but they were insanely rude and seemed confused I will not be coming back I’ll go to milners dairy delight across the street instead

Honestly, every time we come here, the service is not great and there’s always an issue with our order. Everyone is rude and lacks customer service skills. You have to wait FOREVER on anything ordered. Fries are always way over salted you can’t really enjoy them. My burger is slapped together with sauce every where. And whoever makes the blizzards seem as if they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m sorry to leave a poor review but we never have a good experience with how much we pay.

Needs to change greed mote often and they ignore you and rush you besides that the food is good. Service kinda wack

The ice cream was good but they still messed up my instructions and didn't offer to make it right. 😕
