This is literally the 3rd time ive done an online order and they don't start it until I get to the store trust me I get how it could not be noticed at first but after 20 min I think yall should check your tickets

I got there 15min early and my pizza wasn't ready so I parked. The lady took the time to bring my pizza out to me. It was really nice and much appreciated. She was super sweet and professional.

I order a large pizza at 4:20 pm for delivery. The person that took my order said It would be about 30 minutes which is about normal. An hour later I call to check on it they said it should be there in about 15 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I called back then they said they could not even find my order. This is not the first time I’ve had terrible experience with this place hands down the worst restaurant in Arab they need a complete employee management make over,

As a former Domino's GM this store breaks my heart. The food is not made properly. Nobody is in proper uniform hair not pulled back or secure. My pan pizza was dry and horrible had to get it remade, pan pizzas should not have a crust. Employees are not properly train. Decided to give them another try and again they disappointed me. Dominos has a standard and this location can't even maintain it on a very low basic level when it can be so much better. There is no way you can tell me this is acceptable and if Ops came in they would have gotten a 1 star at best. I honestly do not recommend until someone can fix the issues.
With all due respect, do y’all lace your food with crack? 😅 The pizza from the Arab, AL location tastes DRASTICALLY different (better) than surrounding areas, like Cullman. I’ve order twice now, both during lunch hours, and my pizza was pipping hot, lots of sauce, not too much grease, and y’all weren’t stingy with the toppings. It’s seriously delicious and I genuinely don’t understand these negative comments.
