I order a large pizza at 4:20 pm for delivery. The person that took my order said It would be about 30 minutes which is about normal. An hour later I call to check on it they said it should be there in about 15 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I called back then they said they could not even find my order. This is not the first time I’ve had terrible experience with this place hands down the worst restaurant in Arab they need a complete employee management make over,

As a former Domino's GM this store breaks my heart. The food is not made properly. Nobody is in proper uniform hair not pulled back or secure. My pan pizza was dry and horrible had to get it remade, pan pizzas should not have a crust. Employees are not properly train. Decided to give them another try and again they disappointed me. Dominos has a standard and this location can't even maintain it on a very low basic level when it can be so much better. There is no way you can tell me this is acceptable and if Ops came in they would have gotten a 1 star at best. I honestly do not recommend until someone can fix the issues.
With all due respect, do y’all lace your food with crack? 😅 The pizza from the Arab, AL location tastes DRASTICALLY different (better) than surrounding areas, like Cullman. I’ve order twice now, both during lunch hours, and my pizza was pipping hot, lots of sauce, not too much grease, and y’all weren’t stingy with the toppings. It’s seriously delicious and I genuinely don’t understand these negative comments.

Orderd my own build a pizza tonight and it was soooooo delicious 😋 thank ya'll so much it was a fast delivery with an awesome deliverer!
After waiting nearly 2 hours for our food , when “ Hannah” arrived with our pizza our sausage pizza didn’t have cheese on it , our pepperoni was burnt and broken apart and when asked to remake we was told it would be a hour wait ! I called the store manager on duty gave me a wrong number for cooperate.
Disgusted with the audacity of dominoes and the fact they would serve food they themselves wouldn’t eat and the fact we was going to have to wait yet another hour for their mess up!
Do better!!!!

I’ll overlook most things that others have said in their review but I will not overlook hair. Period. If a full strand of hair made it into my pizza then that means things you can’t see also made it in there that might be in one’s hair (use your imagination).
And I might have even not left this review had I seen it before I took a bite, felt the hair in my mouth, spit the bite out, and then find a 6-8” hair in said bite.
Since this is an honest review, I’m not looking for, nor do I want, a credit or refund. There is very commonly used PPE available in the food industry to keep hair out of food.

First off if there was an option to leave a 0 star review I would. I Ordered an X-Large Pepperoni pizza meal with bread sticks, brownies and a drink. It was +$30.00 I didn’t think to check my food and when I got home I opened the box and there was literally an Olympic size swimming pool of grease on top of the pizza. I tried to soak it up with a paper towel to make it edible. After taking the first bit the taste and texture of the pizza was absolutely inedible!! Thought well we will just eat the bread sticks, wrong! The bread stick bites had raw dough in the center of it and were tasteless.. called and they said the only thing they could do was issue a $20.00 credit to my phone number. I honestly wanted a refund on the pizza and bread sticks. I don’t want a credit so that I can get another pizza crackhead Betty throwed in the oven and is going to taste like garbage.. sad that hunt brothers pizza from a gas station is more consistent on the taste, is always good and 1/3 the price. This place sucks
