Me and my wife tried it out after hearing good things, I have to say I was very disappointed. You are asked to tip before you even know how the service or good will be, we always tip good but by the end I would have left nothing. I witnessed staff be very snarky to at least 3 other customers, an elderly lady seemed confused about how to order and staff didn’t seem willing to help or was annoyed by helping. The food was ok but after being told what was on the pork sandwich incorrectly and asking about something as simple as pimento cheese on the sandwich after being told it was on there along with coleslaw and the sandwich came out without either we asked the young lady at the register and she tried to make it right but was told no by the kitchen staff.
