The chicken was not fresh, it’s like it was cooked at lunch and left over till we ordered a bucket of chicken at around 4 pm. It was soaked in grease and old, this was a first for us as much as we travel.

Went inside to order. 5 minutes and No one even looked my way this was Sunday September 29th.aroun 4vpm. I was really wanting some chicken. Last few times I've been in their been some way. I recommend people to go to guntersville or cullman and u still get food faster

This place has truly gone down hill. With less food per purchase and higher prices, it's becoming less and less rewarding to even spend the gas pulling into the parking lot. We have just eaten there and ordered a family meal. The sides weren't even enough for one person, the chicken was over cooked, and the service was extraordinarily slow. We had to wait 8 minutes for extra sides to be made because ours were tiny.
The chicken wasn’t good at all. Had the chicken nuggets, they were very tough, couldn’t eat them. The macaroni and cheese was good. Guess their ventilation system needs to be fixed. Heavy used oil smell. Had to was all our clothes we wore, to get the smell out.

I can't believe how a 16 piece meal is $53.00, I go by twice a month to pick up mine and my husband's supper, and the last few times the chicken has been cooked in old grease, I believe in conserving but come on, change the grease and I will not mind spending over $ 100 dollars a month.
