This Krystal's in Cordele Ga. employees' thieves!!!! Saturday Jan. 31, 2026, stole my debit card number and proceeded to charge $700.00 dollars' worth of stuff from an online clothing store called "FASHIONNOVA"!!! This IS a FELONY amount!!!!! Rest assured I have taken ALL appropriate actions and filed complaints with all local, state, and government entities!!!!

2 weeks ago at a Tuscaloosa, AL Krystals I ordered 3 #1s and had calculated the price ahead of time, but the total ended up being almost $10 more than expected. When i asked at the window why that was, she told me Krystals only offers 1 size now & that the menus just hadn't been updated. They gave me my food & was about to shut the window but i asked for my receipt. She begrudgingly gave it to me. I looked at it when i got home & all the fries & drinks had a large upsize fee on them.
When i went back the next day I was told by the manager that the prices on the menus aren't correct, but corporate chooses not to update the signage. The price listed on the menu for the 4 Krsyals meal was only for veterans & that if i wanted that price (the price ON THE MENU) I would only get 2 Krystals. The menu says NOTHING about that.
Is what she told me true? It seems like she's just trying to increase her store's upsize numbers involuntarily.

Went thru drive thru, was charged 2.10 a krystal that was suppose to be 1.89 each. Then charged a Ops & service fee! What gives? Wont be back.

The service was okay. Not overly friendly, but fine.... I paid 32.00 for 12 cheese krystals and fries that were not even edible. I tried to call and get a fast busy signal. I've tried all of the local Krystals.. no answer or they refer you to some 346 number that can't take your call.

Visited on 10-15-2025 around 2:15 pm. Ordered two cheese Krystals. The food was cold. The employee (male) at the window was not friendly. Didn't say thank you or anything!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this place but it’s been great everytime i’ve been, and that’s been too much lol, it’s a little pricey but it’s been moderately quick, nice employees and had a good time overall, 5/5
I picked up 16 Krystal burgers, 14 with cheese, 2 without cheese with fries coming through Arab AL today. I got home and I'm convinced that the burgers we're cooked yesterday. The meat was burnt, hard, there was only cheese on 2 burgers, and no onions (or if there were, they were burned into the meat). We attempted to eat one but it was completely inedible. The only thing good thing was the fries. We spent over $40 and had to throw all the burgers in the garbage. The worst part is there is no working phone number to the store to give them a call and I live 20 mins away so I didn't want to drive 40 mins there and back to get this resolved. I will not be back.

I got chick's and a small fry. I asked if I added the order of frys would they be fresh?? I was told of course, he would have them dropped right then, since we were waiting for my chick's to cook!! Indeed my frys were hot and fresh but when I went to take a bite of my chick, the chicken was cold and hard. Even the bun was hard. Obviously they were NOT JUST COOKED!!! I have dentures so I couldn't even bite through it!! I had to throw them away!! I'm not sure I'll go back!!
