Question, are you guys close at night now? I came through last night,11/12, at 11:50pm after work and the lady said they were closed and turned off the lights.

Visited on 10-15-2025 around 2:15 pm. Ordered two cheese Krystals. The food was cold. The employee (male) at the window was not friendly. Didn't say thank you or anything!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this place but it’s been great everytime i’ve been, and that’s been too much lol, it’s a little pricey but it’s been moderately quick, nice employees and had a good time overall, 5/5

I picked up 16 Krystal burgers, 14 with cheese, 2 without cheese with fries coming through Arab AL today. I got home and I'm convinced that the burgers we're cooked yesterday. The meat was burnt, hard, there was only cheese on 2 burgers, and no onions (or if there were, they were burned into the meat). We attempted to eat one but it was completely inedible. The only thing good thing was the fries. We spent over $40 and had to throw all the burgers in the garbage. The worst part is there is no working phone number to the store to give them a call and I live 20 mins away so I didn't want to drive 40 mins there and back to get this resolved. I will not be back.

I got chick's and a small fry. I asked if I added the order of frys would they be fresh?? I was told of course, he would have them dropped right then, since we were waiting for my chick's to cook!! Indeed my frys were hot and fresh but when I went to take a bite of my chick, the chicken was cold and hard. Even the bun was hard. Obviously they were NOT JUST COOKED!!! I have dentures so I couldn't even bite through it!! I had to throw them away!! I'm not sure I'll go back!!

It's Krystal it's getting expensive like everything else
I’m so impressed with the burgers recently! Things got off to a rough start I recall, but the food has really gotten better since. If you are avoiding because they were bad come back and give them another shot!

This was by far the best krystals I have been too even going back to when I was a kid but this place is nice building not too old but they are really keeping this place looking good food was made to order and was spit on swing by check it out

How does a 24 hr location close at midnight but yet Im able to place a mobile order still?? Then I cant cancel my order without visiting a store?!?! Unacceptable!!!! How tf do I get my money back?!?!
