We went to purchase a pizza at 8:45pm on February 10th and the closing manager was very rude he said we are closed then when we where pulling out of drive thru he hung out the window and flipped us off this is unacceptable we will not be going back. He was very rude to my spouse aswell

We ordered the hot and ready pizza. It was not hot and ready, they said 15 minutes and 25 minutes later still could not tell us when our pizza would be ready. This has happened too many times at this location to ever want to give them any money again.

Can not even believe what I just experienced. Order through the app just like thousands have done with other pizza chains and restaurants and then I get my estimated time for pick up and when I arrive 15 mins after my estimated pick up the young lady comes to the window and tells me they just opened and it will be another 45 mins before I will receive my order. Then I ask about a refund and she tells me well we do not have a manger here because he’s in jail. I then look at her then look forward and then back to her with an amazement look of what! So am forced to wait now until someone can come to the store and submit the refund or return to get my order. This will be the last time I use this place, I have had issues in the past using them and having to wait long periods of time and staff do not even have a clue what customer service is. This store needs an overhaul fast because there is no way this store is profitable.
I had bad experiences over a year ago and stopped going to this location in Arab, today I decided to try again ( Note wouldn't have if I had read the prior reviews) As I was on my way home from shopping, tired and thought I'd try them again, well it was around 3:30pm no cars there, ordered a pizza ,girl said it be 15 mins then said 10 mins had me pull in a parking spot, there just a few mins and a man handed me a pizza took me less than 5 Mins to get home, opened box it was cold , congealed cheese, dry pepperoni, will never go back there

I have to agree with the recent bad reviews. Been ordering from this location for the past year and the service has gotten progressively worse. Don’t see myself going back will start to look for other vendors.
Took 40 mins to get one pizza. Not very good customer service. You ask a question and they look at you like your stupid or just ignore you. Managers attitude wasn't very nice either. Won't be going back to that location.

They closed the front down and never put out a sign that the customers were supposed to come in the “back door” wherever that is and when my nana called, the manager yelled at her and didn’t apologize for their issue and that’s not a cute look? don’t waste your time and just go to Guntersville.

This place and the management is horrible. Went and waited over an hour for a simple sausage pizza. Went inside to see how much longer and they were blasting awful rap music and cutting up. There was one workers friend that was there that was going behind the counter into the kitchen with nasty matted long hair. He obviously didn't work there. Also just taking stuff out of the drink cooler for himself. Just absolutely no sense of work ethic and extreme lack of responsibility and respect for customers and their time. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer the way they did and if I could leave 0 stars, I would.
