First time here. I ordered a combo meal with a taco, a chili relleno, and a burrito. The taco tasted like they forgot to season the meat, but the shell, cheese, and lettuce were perfect. The burrito sauce (or meat, but I can't say for sure which) was super salty and I couldn't have eaten it without mixing with the queso from the chili relleno. It was pretty good mixed. The chili relleno was a bell pepper (should have been a poblano) stuffed with meat and rice and wasn't coated in the typical eggy batter....it was more of a stuffed pepper than a chile relleno. It was smothered in a white queso and although not what I would expect out of the dish, was still quite tasty. I'll definitely try Los Arcos again, but will choose something else; some of the plates that walked by looked and smelled terrific. Service was stellar even though they were super busy.

The waitress was to busy eating her lunch rather than take care of her tables.

Food was great. Lunch prices were also very good. I liked that the vegetarian options were clearly labeled, and that there was a vegetarian option on the lunch menu. Service was very quick. Only complaint is that some of the rice me and my wife had was under-cooked, so it was very hard.

This is a great Mexican restaurant. You can tell these people are from southern Mexico by the authenticity of the food. It's really good. Happy, friendly & welcoming. The Hawaiian Shrimp fajitas are the best!

While I was waiting on my boyfriend to finish up at work, I came in between 230-330pm to get out of the heat. The server came by the table after being told by the host that she had a table. She was sweet, but you could tell she hadn't had much experience waiting tables. I asked her about their non alcoholic beer selection, and she didn't know what I was asking, so I asked her to see if the bar had Heineken zero, hoping she might've recognized the name of the beer instead of "non alcoholic". She did just that, and came backing shaking her head no, so I told her that was fine and ordered a water.
I sat and read my book for a little while and ended up ordering rice with cheese. Food was good, but rice with cheese isnt exactly a difficult dish.

Where's the beef? I ordered steak fajita. It was ground up meat. Steak fatia should be strips not ground up. It was like the consistency of ground up canned dog food. I understand that times are hard but you go up on your prices and you give less food to the customer. Paying more for less. Less food and less quality. Disgusted and I am not a happy customer.

We decided to give them another chance. We were very disappointed and we will never go back. We ordered the Steak Fajita all the way. The chips were stale. The beans and rice were very old and crusty. The lettuce should have been thrown in the trash a few days ago. They just smothered it with a huge amount of sour cream. The steak was not sizzling when they brought it out. You could tell that it had been cooked ahead time and was microwaved and put in the skillet. It had no seasoning at all. The steak was awful. A freshly cooked steak Fajita should be seared, seasoned and sizzling in the skillet. This is absolutely the last time we will ever give this place our business.

This restaurant is great! They are very friendly and the food is delicious. It’s hard to find good refried beans and they nailed it lol! I recommend their fish taco dinner to seafood lovers. Thanks!
