They seriously need new cooks in their kitchen. Food has gotten nasty.. I like my meat to be cooked.

I don't get out much any more so usually have someone pick up take out for me. I got to stay and eat in this time. The food was excellent as was the service! Everyone we met: Victor, Hayden, Logan & Paige were all very friendly and kind! Hayden was our server & did an excellent job. 😊

The last 2 times I have gotten to go from here and asked for the Fajita steak bowl they put no tomatoes on there so I will not be ordering from here ever again. The first time I had ever gotten it, it had tomatoes and was Good, If i’d known they weren’t going to bother finishing the entire dish order (twice now) then I wouldn’t have gotten it for dinner and spent $20 :) over the years they have always forgotten something just about every time when we do a to-go from here, I think we have finally had enough!

First time here. I ordered a combo meal with a taco, a chili relleno, and a burrito. The taco tasted like they forgot to season the meat, but the shell, cheese, and lettuce were perfect. The burrito sauce (or meat, but I can't say for sure which) was super salty and I couldn't have eaten it without mixing with the queso from the chili relleno. It was pretty good mixed. The chili relleno was a bell pepper (should have been a poblano) stuffed with meat and rice and wasn't coated in the typical eggy batter....it was more of a stuffed pepper than a chile relleno. It was smothered in a white queso and although not what I would expect out of the dish, was still quite tasty. I'll definitely try Los Arcos again, but will choose something else; some of the plates that walked by looked and smelled terrific. Service was stellar even though they were super busy.

The waitress was to busy eating her lunch rather than take care of her tables.

Food was great. Lunch prices were also very good. I liked that the vegetarian options were clearly labeled, and that there was a vegetarian option on the lunch menu. Service was very quick. Only complaint is that some of the rice me and my wife had was under-cooked, so it was very hard.

excellent food and service at a good price. The food was so good, we both enjoyed it. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back
This is a great Mexican restaurant. You can tell these people are from southern Mexico by the authenticity of the food. It's really good. Happy, friendly & welcoming. The Hawaiian Shrimp fajitas are the best!
