Took a drive to Arab to thrift shop at a Pickers store and grabbed some breakfast at McDonald's. I had to add an extra special review for the McDonalds in Arab, AL!! From the second we walked in the door we were greeted by a smiling gentleman dressed very nicely. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. The young woman at the counter was also very friendly and helpful, smiling the whole time. We were greeted with a smile and left getting a smile on the way out. The service alone at this location is well worth the visit. You don't see that much anymore unfortunately but they know how to provide it. Family atmosphere, regular customers sharing stories in the corner...what a nice visit. Thank you to the gentleman who greeted us at the door...who was apparently the owner. Hope to see you in Odenville!! Thanks for a top notch visit.

I just went to the drive thru and no one else was in either drive thru line. (In fact hardly anyone was there at all!) The person talking on the speaker said something we couldn’t understand so I started telling him my order and he said “I SAID HOLD ON!” And then 2 cars pull in the 2nd drive thru line and BOTH had their order taken while we were still waiting! Then I said “I’m ready to tell you my order” and he said “I’M DOING SOMETHING, I’LL GET IT IN A MINUTE!” What the heck?!! So I go in and the kid that gave me attitude looks at me and I tell him “I don’t want you, I want a manager”. The “manager” comes over and I tell them what happened and she looked liked she could care less! She said she had 2 people taking orders and asked how she could help me after I told her what happened!? I told her it was his attitude that needs dealing with and she said she’ll “handle him” and asked if I placed an order and I said no because he’s going to spit in my food now! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Employees are so rude!

The store has on multiple occasions closed early and every time I've placed a mobile order they won't finish my order even tho it was placed before they were actually closed this store needs to learn how to turn their mobile orders off at least 30 early cause I'm sick and tired of them suddenly deciding that ope we're closed now and I have to wait for either my points or my money to get back to me if I had the chance id have most of their extremely rude staff removed since they can have the decency to at least apologize for the inconvenience caused by their nonstop reasons of closing

Manager refused to give me another drink after I spilled my drink in the drive thru. She said it’s for dine in only and I questioned that. Driving home and thinking about it, I called the restaurant to get the managers name, to no surprise she answered. She told me I was in the wrong and should have explained my situation instead of questioning policy, and she then proceeded to tell me not to call again and hung up the phone. That’s a lot coming from somebody who makes $17 an hour…

I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium mocha frappe and they didn’t even blend it. They handed me a cup with ice, whipped cream and the mocha mix. My husband didn’t notice it until he brought it home for me. I tried calling the location for the last half hour straight and all I’m getting is a busy tone, no one at work is on the phone for that long…. Fail McDonald’s. Disappointed.

How come is it whenever they mess up your order or doesn’t give you the right order when you try to call they don’t answer answer. I had ordered food yesterday and I did not get my order. I got somebody else’s order and I have been calling and calling, and nobody will answer so zero stars.
