I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium mocha frappe and they didn’t even blend it. They handed me a cup with ice, whipped cream and the mocha mix. My husband didn’t notice it until he brought it home for me. I tried calling the location for the last half hour straight and all I’m getting is a busy tone, no one at work is on the phone for that long…. Fail McDonald’s. Disappointed.

How come is it whenever they mess up your order or doesn’t give you the right order when you try to call they don’t answer answer. I had ordered food yesterday and I did not get my order. I got somebody else’s order and I have been calling and calling, and nobody will answer so zero stars.

Placed a mobile order for a couple of biscuits for breakfast at 10:20 and they still wouldn’t make them even though it wasn’t 10:30 yet. Didn’t offer a refund or at least to sub them for some other items.

This McDonald’s has went down hill tremendously. We use to get fresh fries and the food was actually good. As of lately we try to avoid eating dinner or lunch from this McDonald’s because the lunch/dinner crew doesn’t care. Our fries are now always stale and old. We get breakfast here occasionally and it’s usually pretty good. I recently got a burger from here, and the blatant disregard for quality is why I probably will never eat here again…
I only go for the coffee, frappes and strawberry banana smoothies. Those are delicious. I do not like the food.

I placed an order online then pulled into the drive thru about 7-10mins later to get it then when I got to the window I had to wait even longer. That’s fine I told my self it’s fast food and there doing there best. Until half of my food was missing after the Oder has been on there monitors for prop over 15 mins now and still messed it up. I’m not going to drive up there again for a refund either cuz I’m on my lunch break. I worked fast food before it’s not that difficult to look at a screen, get yelled at for what to put in the bag and hand it out. I put up with BS but I don’t put up with lying and fraud. Go to the Snead mc Donald’s if u can heard there better any how.
