This McDonald’s has went down hill tremendously. We use to get fresh fries and the food was actually good. As of lately we try to avoid eating dinner or lunch from this McDonald’s because the lunch/dinner crew doesn’t care. Our fries are now always stale and old. We get breakfast here occasionally and it’s usually pretty good. I recently got a burger from here, and the blatant disregard for quality is why I probably will never eat here again…

I only go for the coffee, frappes and strawberry banana smoothies. Those are delicious. I do not like the food.

I placed an order online then pulled into the drive thru about 7-10mins later to get it then when I got to the window I had to wait even longer. That’s fine I told my self it’s fast food and there doing there best. Until half of my food was missing after the Oder has been on there monitors for prop over 15 mins now and still messed it up. I’m not going to drive up there again for a refund either cuz I’m on my lunch break. I worked fast food before it’s not that difficult to look at a screen, get yelled at for what to put in the bag and hand it out. I put up with BS but I don’t put up with lying and fraud. Go to the Snead mc Donald’s if u can heard there better any how.

No matter how u order u will be asked to pull up and sit and wait forever. I travel and this is by far the worst one about waiting
Parking: They have half a parking lot to pull up drive thru orders. Crazy

If this is a fast food restaurant then someone sure got it wrong. I don't think I have ever waited this long for food at a fast food resturant. I will not be back at this resturant ever again.
They gave me cold coffee and when i told them they said “oh so you want fresh?” No, i just want HOT coffee. And the old lady that died drive thru orders is always so so rude. I do not recommend going here.

I ordered a medium black coffee and a burger to go. Got out to my truck, and the coffee was lukewarm. I took it back in and asked for some hot coffee. The guy said they were brewing a fresh pot. I sat at a table and ate half my sandwich and then noticed there was a medium coffee on the pick-up counter. I asked the guy standing there (different guy) if it was mine. He said yes. I got out to my truck, and it was lukewarm just like the first one. Back in again and told the first guy that they gave me another cup of cool coffee. He said the fresh pot was still brewing. Finally, after the third try, I got a hot cup of coffee. Like dealing with kindergarten kids.
