Took a drive to Arab to thrift shop at a Pickers store and grabbed some breakfast at McDonald's. I had to add an extra special review for the McDonalds in Arab, AL!! From the second we walked in the door we were greeted by a smiling gentleman dressed very nicely. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. The young woman at the counter was also very friendly and helpful, smiling the whole time. We were greeted with a smile and left getting a smile on the way out....
If this is a fast food restaurant then someone sure got it wrong. I don't think I have ever waited this long for food at a fast food resturant. I will not be back at this resturant ever again.
Y'all service has gotten a lot better. The quality of food though should be better. The fries aren't barely warm when we get them. Don't forget to rotate those old ff
