Yes, you should eat here! This place is worth the drive from wherever you are. We took a chance and drove from Cullman because we heard how good the pork chops were. We ended up getting two steaks, a fillet and a bone in ribeye. They were awesome! We are very picky about are steaks so for my wife and I to be overwhelmed with how good they were says a lot! The sides, salad, sweet potato, and Mexican potatoes were awesome also. We will definitely be making the drive again!

The people are super friendly, but they have to know about the quality of the food. We are desperate for a new restaurant, but why a very low-quality Mexican restaurant? It’s trying to look like a high-end restaurant, but it’s not. This is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The margaritas are so low quality they taste like chemicals. Your food is either burnt or mushy. The ingredients that the food is made out of must come from the bargain farm bin. Why should Arab have to settle for this schlock? Los Arcos has always been the most; we don’t need a one-star version.

Service is always great but food seems to be very bland including salsa. Chicken wasn't sliced for fajitas. Everything needed more salt and seasoning.
We had our company Christmas party catered by Sierras. The chicken and steak were both cooked perfectly. It was tender and juicy and it was plenty for everyone. Our employees all complimented how good it was too.We eat there regularly and the service is always amazing as well!

My wife and I were very disappointed. I ordered steak tacos and she got steak nachos. The food was barely warm when we got it and the cheese on her nachos had cooled and made all the chips stick together. She said the steak on hers tasted like dog food. The tacos were just dry, unseasoned chunks of steak trimmings wrapped in a tortilla (the dish came with three and I could only choke down one). After reading other reviews this place sounds more like a steakhouse that also serves Mexican (the steaks were $20+). We'll stick with Los Arcos from now on.
