I always go there after going to the library in Arab! The food is hot and fresh. The tater tots or fries are delicious always get a large sweet tea and it is always freshly made. I will continue to go to sonic as much as possible.

Kid making $2.13 per hour as a server, stepdad just got 2 cups of ice for $1.08 so I put a $1.00 with it for a tip which I should of given him my loose change as well. Kid talking about be back with your change, I know it's the line Sonic trains them upon however I have you $2.10 therefore just saying have a great evening

My husband and I got a double bacon cheeseburger he got the meal and extra sandwich, got home only one was double I called spoke to someone she said just come by sometime she would put my name down and come get it redone with double meat. I went today and they refused to give it to me after they are the ones that screwed order up and had or offered a chance to make it right then go up there wait in long line to get told they would NOT replace the burger! Bad experience band management never be back

The service is hit or miss. Once there employees were all very friendly now I barely get a thank you after my order is brought to me. And my order is rarely right. I once ordered a beef hot dog all the way and I just got a winking a bag with some packets of catsup and mustard.

My order disappeared in the app but still charged my card. The staff were able to fix it for me and the girl with the long brown hair got me my food after ensuring I was charged for it. I spilled my shake and she gave me napkins and a wet wipe to clean it up and even remade it for me. She was an absolute doll. The people at this Sonic are amazing.
