My order disappeared in the app but still charged my card. The staff were able to fix it for me and the girl with the long brown hair got me my food after ensuring I was charged for it. I spilled my shake and she gave me napkins and a wet wipe to clean it up and even remade it for me. She was an absolute doll. The people at this Sonic are amazing.
Service was great. All the carhops here are really friendly. When I do eat out which isn't often this is one place I have never minded tipping because the carhops do their job and do it well. Food on the other hand is inconsistent. Stopped by today for smasher burger and was not that great. Tasted, looked like a regular patty...probably not, probably just lack of employee training on how to prepare a smash ⁸burger or grill person just didnt put much effort into smashing...
Katelynn was are server. She was great, nice and polite, made sure we had are full order and even stopped by to see how the food was and If there was anything else she could get us.
