Every worker they have had in there for the last year are unfriendly. Now their are two Indian men and can't understand a word they say. They don't smile. They don't say thank you or your welcome. They don't say hi or welcome.They already set the mood of blah or who cares.Last night, we bought cookies and asked the man behind the counter how many we picked already, and he just stared at us, and instead of us picking the last two, he did. We just forget it and took what he gave us and paid and walked out. No, thank you or have a good evening, no nothing.

Worst experience ever. Went in for a sandwich for lunch, ordered with honey mustard, guy put regular mustard on it and I said hey I asked for honey mustard, he shook his head no, gave me a dirty look, proceeded to add honey mustard on top of the regular mustard, now I have mustard squirting out everywhere, GROSS ?

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. The service was so slow it took almost 20 minutes for them to take my order and there was only 2 people in line ahead of me. They messed my order all the way up. And the sweet tea was so old it. Wasn't fresh it was so old I couldn't drink it. They may need to hire some new workers in it is always the same two working I think they need a break.

I'm a frequent subway customer. When I visited this location, I ordered a meatball deluxe protein bowl and a ham & provolone protein bowl with veggies. All together, for both items, a bag of chips and medium drink, the total was $21.28. When we got home, much to our surprise, we never got what we paid for. There were fewer meatballs than expected, and the ham & provolone bowl with veggies was far from satisfying, especially at the price they charge. I didn't get the sense that the staff were fully knowledgeable of Subway standards. The cashier could not speak English and was very hard to understand. We got jipped! Make sure that what you purchase is the correct quantity and of your liking or they will just throw whatever and send you on your way after taking your money.

Worse run subway I’ve ever been to. This subway only has a small limited menu. They don’t have any of the popular subs. The iced tea is horrible. It is very weak and taste like it has been sitting out for several days without refrigeration. They also don’t take many of the discount offers that come in the mail.

Wish we had a Jimmy John's Jersey Mike's or Firehouse in Arab...They cost about the sane but meat and and veggies...especially veggies...are generous...unlike Subway past couple years...other sandwich chains offer more for the money. The pre-made subs at the Foodland across the lot are a better to me plus they have a meat three hot bar and best chicken fingers in town.
