Listen, I love Subway. How fast they make the sandwiches, the good quality of the food, and the service. But that I’ll change whenever I went to this specific subway. So me and my mom went to Walmart to shop around for stuff and I was pretty hungry right after coming home from school so me and my mom went to the subway. The atmosphere of the subway looked pretty good. But there was this one worker who just looked irritated and always because we were there. My mom handed me her debit card and she left to go pick up the groceries. So then I asked the woman that I wanted a pizza sub. It’s not that hard. All you have to do is just get white bread with a few slabs of salami, a few slabs of pepperoni, marinara sauce, and cheese. So then she started making a sandwich, but she didn’t put any marinara sauce or salami on it. Which at first I thought they didn’t have any marinara sauce or salami. But whenever I was about to pay, she was tapping her fingers on the counter like I was wasting her time. There was barely even anybody there. But whenever I went to fix the soda, all the Drink drinks were too carbonated. Even the lemonade. And the only drink that wasn’t carbonated was the Pepsi. But whenever I sat down to eat my pizza sub, I saw somebody else to order the same thing but get this the worker who came out from the side door after taking her break, put marinara sauce on theirs… WHAT?! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT THE OTHER WOMAN JUST DIDN’T WANNA PUT MARINARA SAUCE ON MINE?! And also, One of my friends that does band with me was there With his mom and another family was also there with their little girl, and we were all trying to figure out which drink was Not as carbonated as the others. Which of course, like I said it was Pepsi. But then whenever I found my mom and we went back into the car I started eating my sandwich and it tasted absolutely horrible. Then right after that, my stomach felt like it got a heavy dose of food poisoning. So yeah, I don’t go here

This will be my only post about this store because I will not go back. The lady barely put any spinach on my sub and tells me if I want more I got to pay extra my sister Violet Fisher runs 30 of the Subway stores. I called and asked her about it she says that is bullshit they don't charge for extra lettuce or spinach on your sub. This owner is not following company directions and orders do not give this Subway any of your money

Store is suppose to open at 8:30 We arrived at 9 to get sandwiches for talladega race We had to wait for the worker to get the whole store ready. Never was apologized too. Took over 30 mins to even put in our order.

I do not recommend going here. The workers are rude and unprofessional. It is terrible when you stand in line and see other customers spoken to rudely for no reason and when it is your turn in line, you experience the same rudeness yourself. The place is not the cleanest with flies flying around the glass case that contains sandwich toppings. Lastly, the bread "pretzel stick" is as hard as a brick. Terrible service, all around.

The Subway inside Arab AL Walmart is awful. I ordered a # 12. The turkey was not fresh. My bread was siggyvas was the spinach. So much smashed avocado. The bacon was soggy as well. The mozella cheese wasn't melted. Not worth $16 just for a sub only.
me and my boyfriend went in a couple weeks ago and a older man did our sandwiches and we told him what we wanted and he cut open my boyfriends bread first and hadn’t touched mine but went to grab my meat and i told him “that’s meant to be on the other loaf” and he said “yeah i know” and i said “not that one that’s open” and he just stared at me and then said “oh, i would have realized when i went to type it in” and then my boyfriend got extra meat so i asked as well and he said “this is gonna be like an $18 sandwich” when i asked. so i said never mind then don’t about it. he then went down to do my boyfriend condiments and after words said “are you gonna eat this all in one sitting?” and my boyfriend said “yes” and he stared at him and said “wowww” which is very very rude. won’t be going back to that subway if that’s how customers are treated and criticized.
