We placed our order, and they failed to tell us they were out of everything until we pulled around to the window then just replaced half the order with whatever they wanted. All of which was old and crunchy. The Baja blasts we ordered looked like Sprite and were straight carbonated water.we asked for no sour cream, and there was sour cream on EVERYTHING. Also the tortilla chips were stale and all clumped together. It was an all around horrible experience for my family and myself.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Told me they didn’t have something I had already paid for at the window. Asked for a sub and they said no. Asked for a refund and they said no. Went inside and the kid at the counter said it was my responsibility to go on the app to correct their mistake. Thoroughly displeased. 0/10 would not recommend.

Placed an order for 4 people. Was missing soft tacos, and couldn’t even get no bean burritos correct, they included beans, weren’t ordered that way. I wouldn’t recommend leaving the window or timer until you check everything, because they can’t even count how many items is in each order. Basic math 101.
