Waited over 20 minutes in a almost empty restaurant dining area for our cold food the teenage boy on the line didn't know what he was doing obviously and the lack of training is real then was rudely ignored by the little girl that finally came to help him when all I wanted was a bag for my kids leftover tacos the lack of customer service was significant... It has been a long time since I have been to Taco Bell and it'll be a long while before I go back if ever especially to this particular location

I went through the drive through and got a pack of cinnabons they weren’t warm on the outside and were still frozen cold on the inside. I went in and told them and they told me they would warm up? They did not. Terrible service.

The bean burrito I ordered and that's all I ordered were dry beans it doesn't matter how much red sauce they put on there it was not a good burrito.
So not trying to complain and just be negative but got a 12pk tacos tonight and I couldn't tell if there was even meat on them. For the price they cost u would think they would be a bit fuller. Very disappointed 😞

Ordered a burrito supreme along with orders for others. As a bit into my burrito supreme I pulled out a sauce pack. I called them and manager said they don't keep sauce pack in the back. Maybe someone was eatting back there and dropped into ingredients. Dont know how it got there but it should not have been inside my burrito.
