Went thru drive thru, ordered, went back to work, got 1 burger and fries, 2 other sandwiches, only got one sandwic, went back , went inside they made the other sandwiches, got back to work, sandich had cheese, on it cant have cheese. Not happy with ythe personnel or their attitude (cassie) duggest strongly you chsange staff, will not be going back, and will tell friends not to visit this store..

Wwwe went through the drive-through, and the gentlemen at the speaker made the trip awesome! He joked with us and got our order perfect! Made the late night stop a hoot!

This is the worst Wendy's I've been at in forever. I ordered a hamburger combo meal $12, in the drive-thru and it was stale. Yes, you can tell when a hamburger has been sitting too long, it's dry and crusty, not juicy at all. Not only was the patty not fresh, the cheese had hardened, and the bun was also stale. Nothing about this burger was fresh, and no tomato. Even my fries were cold. And BTW, this isn't the first time this has happened to me. After a third time, I decided to write this review. Arab Wendy's, figure out the problem, make and keep fresh food! I can't be the only one. If they serve me this food, then others are also getting poor food.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink. When I got home, there wasn't a bacon cheeseburger at all. There was a bunch with a piece of chicken in it and nothing more. I am done with this place as they can't even get a simple order correct. Is it the lack of training, poor management, or they just don't care? I don't know, but I do know one thing, they lost me as a customer.

Went to Wendy's in Arab, Alabama and received raw hamburgers, went to get money back and the manager was very polite about it and gave me a total refund 🙏🤩❤️

I walked into the location with my children and went to the front counter ready to ready. No one acknowledged us. I noticed that there was I believe to be a shift leader sitting at a booth. I know that he saw us. After about a minute or two he gets up and my kids say, “Look he is going to take our order!”. He then walks outside for a smoke break…. We wait a little longer with no one even looking at us and then we finally just left. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Especially, since my children were very excited to get the frosty drinks they love.

They are rude and they hardly ever get the order right and when u walk in they are usually jumping standing around and I have seen a few play with their hair around the food and they take fries with their hands from the basket and eat around the other food just nasty.and they never give a receipt

I gotta say, this is the cleanest, best run, fastest, and friendliest Wendy's (or any fast food joint for that matter) that I've been to in a long time.

Thanks to the staff for being so on point. And the little center pieces on the tables are a sweet touch.

Don't even try to go during the afternoon, burger patties have turned hard and black from sitting in the food warmer for too long, frys always cold. A few of the employees have very long curly hair and not wearing hair nets/beard nets or atleast wearing it in a ponytail/bun. Just overall a waste of money and time, plus they don't give you a receipt so when you go back to fix your order they won't give you new food or money back. I just hope you see this review before you waste your money here like I did.
