I've been to Wendy's a few times, I do not recommend them at all.My last visit was Saturday 03-30-2024. Decide to try it one more time, I ordered breakfast at 9:00 am.French toast and the breakfast potato wedges. Wedges, they were hot and good, but you couldn't even eat the French toast they were so hard, I called told them how bad it was he said oh you want your money back you have to bring a receipt which was not given to me at the window. So I told him that was their way of ripping people off! he said no receipt no money. So if you don't get your receipt don't expect your money back when they screw up.And believe me they will mess up, because I've only been a few times and they've already messed up twice.No thank you!

Check your order they will mess it up and give you the wrong items so make sure and get your receipts from the painted nail guy !

Service is more like a 3.5. I've loved Wendy's for a very long time. Last night I had their queso fries for the 1st time & they were much better than I expected.

They will take your money I have been multiple times and have yet to receive the order I placed jr. sizes instead of large, missing half your fries out of the jr fry( that was supposed to be a large), the list goes on I don’t recommend even if you are about to die of starvation because they will rob you blind then won’t even give you what you want

While the food itself is ok, make sure to check your order. We've gone here 4 or 5 times and every time something is wrong, missing, and/or we are left waiting a long time. We aren't talking large or complicated orders here and there seemed to be plenty of staff to get it right, so I'm not sure why it's a recurring problem. Hopefully management will make changes to improve the service here soon. Until then, we will go back to making the 15 minute drive to the Wendy's in Guntersville.

My food is always right every single time!! And the woman at the window (Nicole I think?) is always amazing and polite! I come here at least once a week!Dietary restrictions: I don’t like the chipotle sauce (personal preference) or tomato’s and they always leave them off when I ask them to!
BRAND NEW. Just opened in Arab about 2 months ago. Food is fresh everytime. I hope it stays that way.A lot of restaurants start slacking off with time.
