Very rude staff. Long wait too. They are just rude and the lady taking my order was rude and I asked for if they have a drink carrier nicely and she huffed at me and said hhhhhhhh yea we doo. And she rolled her eyes and I said don’t worry about it if it’s too much. And she handed me the drinks. Then made me pull forward and the guy brining out my meal was not nice and said you had a big order? One bag brought to me. And was not pleasant either. I extended grace and kindness but sometimes it’s very hard when they are hateful from the start.

Waited forever at the speaker to order, then ordered got to the windows we ordered 3 Dr peppers as our drinks they handed them to us and immediately I seen they were to light in color so I tasted them of course tasted like carbonation only so I gave them back an the guy at the window acted like he had no idea what I was talking about so then they offered us sweet tea it was good. Then fast forward 9 minutes at the window, then they tell us to pull forward holding on chicken nuggets. We sit there for about 6 minutes and then they bring us our food. My husband ordered the new McCrispy chicken strips and they didn’t even put the meal in the bag we even asked for the sauce and had to pay extra for it at the window. They put a crispy chicken sandwich in the bag. At that point I was just ready to go home

I feel so bad for the employees that work so hard and get yelled at but they have more employees standing around talking, cursing and laughing doing absolutely nothing to help the few that are running around crazy. Some of the managers need to be replaced because they are causing the ones that make it enjoyable here to quit. It won't be long before this place goes back to where it use to be if not worse. Food is cold most of the time and the majority of the employees/managers are rude to the hard working employees and customers. Very sad to see the ones that make my day everytime I come in or through the drive thru gone, but the good ones are always replaced with rude people. The service has been at it's best in the last month but it's gotten worse over the last few days. Specially talking about breakfast hours.
