I mean... it's McDonalds. They manage very well. The drive-thru lady was somewhat patient and understanding (which is way above what they normally are). The food was hot and fresh. I wouldn't mind revisiting this one as a choice, not a necessity.

How does "no whip cream" on a mocha equal "no drizzle". X20 years. Are the people so locked into the trading of put the drizzle on the whip; that is falls apart when one item removed? BTW this for every mcd across the country!! What is the mindset that creates this issue.
Personally the worst experience i’ve had at any mcdonald’s which is saying something. First of all messed up the order and forgot the sauces that were on the receipt. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal for me to just go in and let them know and they would give be me the sauces. But after parking and walking in they said i needed to show the receipt to get the sauces which honestly makes no sense because i could just be lying to get extra sauces but anyways. i brought the employee my receipt and he gave me 1 sauce for 2 meals but i could tell the employee thought about the second sauce and just decided against it anyways. i will not be back and also one guy was fr using a spatula to clean the grill and then using it to turn the food over so very unsanitary as well.
