I do like the Arley Coffee Shop but I will NEVER order a Chef Salad again and only get a garden salad with lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, and a little shredded carrots for $9.99. Had to go back in to ask where the cheese, ham, boiled eggs, bell pepper etc. were. They didn’t have eggs and only added cheese and ham to the salad. Not good customer service in my opinion.

We had the burgers, and they were great. Service was good and the restaurant was clean, it was just a little crowded with too many tables forced into a small area.

Dietary restrictions: Not very good options for gluten-free. Salad was old and wilted.

Parking: Parking was ok today, but sometimes can be very cramped

Great local business. Yummy food, especially the potatoes. Friendly and sweet staff. Wish they had a non dairy creamer/milk. Will definitely eat here again.

This visit was a first for us. We usually eat at the coffee shop for lunch. We finally got to try a breakfast meal. My husband say.the coffee was really good. I have to say the arley coffee shop did not disappoint us.

This is a great hometown cafe in Arley. I used to stop in here on my way to Decatur and get a ham biscuit in the morning when I lived in Alabama years ago. I recently moved back to the area after 25 years and stop by to pick up a hamburger and some

This is not the first time that I’ve eaten there since I’ve been back. But, it’s the first time I took pictures. So, I wanted to do a

The food is always good and fresh. It’s a quaint hometown environment. It is very popular. The locals eat here all the time. And, people passing through stuff in quite frequently.

It’s definitely worth a try if you like good American style Café food. They have a wide ride of things to choose from. Give it a try.

Update:
We do takeout from here often. Lately it has gone downhill. I knew the wait would be long on a Friday night since we didn't call ahead but... Customers who came in after us and ordered the same thing got their food first.
When my husband said something they said oh, sorry we'll get it. When he got it home the French fries were barely cooked, the sandwich had mayo, a lot, and we asked for it to be left off. I understand they had two new employees but it's been this way for months.

Frozen burger patties. No offer to refill drinks. Sandwiches got mixed up ingredients.
It'll fill an empty stomach with generic food. Nothing special. No service to speak of.
$34. For 3 generic sandwiches, fries, and 2 beverages.

Specifically asked for well done burgers and got raw bloody undercooked burgers and greasy nasty I puked fair warning . They did not even offer my money back upon me taking food back inside and asking the cashier if she would eat it she silently shook her head no . And then she asked me if I wanted them to remake . Why no I just puked and my stomach hurts now .it's undercooked badly

Had the "Arley burger". Came on a Marbled Rye bread. Had all the toppings with a generous tomato slice. Was absolutely delicious.
Atmosphere... small place....as a stranger, my welcome was a bit awkward. A lot of staring, with a little "who the hell is this guy" vibe. Locals were an eclectic bunch.
Nonetheless, the table service was above average but not bad. My compliments to the chefs.
