Had a great time dining there. The waitress was very attentive. We went about 430, beat the dinner rush so it was very quiet and was able to enjoy ourselves without wild ,feral children running amok. One more point about the waitress, I am sorry I have forgotten her name, but she was aces. As it is a seafood restaurant (among other items) their a tad pricey on some of their items. Dont let that dissuade you. Ive seen other reviews about this place, and some seemed like they probably aren't satisfied anywhere they go. Take the other reviews that are negative with a grain of salt. Look at their other reviews and you'll see a pattern. Entitled, and unable to please is the way they seem to walk. Big Mike's is a small , quaint mom and pops establishment. Not every restaurant will be perfect every time. I really wish I could remember our waitress name. She really was awesome. If you want their seafood buffet, go their after 5. I had a great time, great food and service was excellent. I will definitely be going back to eat there.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE. There over an hour & buffet was EMPTY & they didn’t fill it back up the whole time we were there. Only was able to get 1 plate. will not be returning.

Went with a group of ladies from my church. The food was really good. I had Buffalo Chicken Fries lunch special. I ate until I was full and had enough for a full lunch the next day. The service is always great!! I believe the lunch specials were $8.99, and there are several options. We didn't wait because we reserved the banquet room.
We absolutely LOVE this place. We go several times a month. Food is always hot, seasoned great, and always a variety to choose from. Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. It definitely doesn't stop us from going. Everything we have ever tried is scrumptious.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went here because people said it was so great. Got the seafood buffet and it was awful. I'm 100% sure that the things that were out early was leftover from the night before and refried and put back out. The shrimp and oysters were like eating mush. They put out more and they were better, but tasted like the grease was burned. If you want a good seafood buffet that isn't this expensive and a much larger selection go to Michelle's in Georgetown. The food that I saw that was on people's plates that ordered off the menu looked good, but don't know how it tasted. The service was horrible as well. Seemed to have plenty of help, but didn't know how to utilize them.

Food was good, but some items missing from plate, like ranch, not a big issue. Ordered over the phone for Xtra large drink but received small. Granted was told I could get a larger one but the issue was I had already stood in line for 25 mins just to pay.
A better method for check out should be established. Either leave the tickets on the table for the customer to bring up or something at the register to place them in order neatly, instead of the worker having to dig through a pile to find the right one.
