We absolutely LOVE this place. We go several times a month. Food is always hot, seasoned great, and always a variety to choose from. Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. It definitely doesn't stop us from going. Everything we have ever tried is scrumptious.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went here because people said it was so great. Got the seafood buffet and it was awful. I'm 100% sure that the things that were out early was leftover from the night before and refried and put back out. The shrimp and oysters were like eating mush. They put out more and they were better, but tasted like the grease was burned. If you want a good seafood buffet that isn't this expensive and a much larger selection go to Michelle's in Georgetown. The food that I saw that was on people's plates that ordered off the menu looked good, but don't know how it tasted. The service was horrible as well. Seemed to have plenty of help, but didn't know how to utilize them.

Food was good, but some items missing from plate, like ranch, not a big issue. Ordered over the phone for Xtra large drink but received small. Granted was told I could get a larger one but the issue was I had already stood in line for 25 mins just to pay.
A better method for check out should be established. Either leave the tickets on the table for the customer to bring up or something at the register to place them in order neatly, instead of the worker having to dig through a pile to find the right one.

We've been to Big Mike's 3 times now and the food is great! Make sure you ask for Krisitn. She's a phenomenal waitress, southern hospitality at its finest. 10/10 recommend! As long as they keep the cook and Kristen, we will be regular customers!

Oysters, shrimp,stuffed crab was awful. French fries were cold. Crab legs were decent but I paid 39.99 just to eat a few crabs legs definitely don't recommend. Won't be going back

Food was good and fairly priced, at least for this day and age where everything costs an arm and a leg. Got the garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and while they were a tad on the crispy side, the sauce was great and the wings were good size and the fries were good just a little light on the seasoning. Overall, dining at this place with my family has filled the black void in my heart and soul just enough to where life doesn't seem so drab anymore. 10/10 will dine again👍
Will not go back. They have started charging to use a debit/credit card. It appears they would like you to use cash. They can pocket more money that way.

Very over priced for such poor quality of food. Service is non existent. Very few people were there and we had to ask for refills, silverware….practically everything. We won’t be back $40 for 2 people for no more than was ordered was ridiculous. We could have had steak somewhere else and I wish we would have. Our server was more interested in entertaining her 3 kids than bothering to even pretend to attend to the 3 tables that she had.
