We came here for the first time to try out Jack's and the entire experience was horrible. We order 2 meals for our sons and 1 meal for each of us. When we got to the window they only had 3 of the 3 meals. The young lady at the windows was obviously irritated with the other young lady who took the order and got it wrong. She started fussing at the young lady for getting the order wrong with us still at the windows and the window open. We was then asked to drive around to the front. After waiting the same young lady who was irritated came out to us and asked us to drive back to the window. When we came back to the window we was asked what our order was by this same young lady who was still very irritated. The manager(who was irritated as well) then came out and started taking our order and stated she would personally walk our order out to us. I paid for the 4th meal and was told to drive to the front again to wait. After waiting another 5min the young lady who had taken our order and gotten it wrong walked out with our food. When we checked the food one of our meals was missing. The breakfast burrito meal. The young lady stated the other young lady didnt make it (which was the same irritated young lady). The young lady went in to make the breakfast burrito. She came back other handed me the bag a d when checking the burrito was ice cold. I opened it up and the sliced cheese was laying on the burrito with some cold eggs and some sausage sprinkled on top. The hash browns was extra greasy and cold for all of the meals and I was over it. Just left and threw the food away.

This is the worst jacks I have ever been to e everytime I go there the employees have an attitude rolling their eyes because they actually have to make my food and drink.I get pulled forward everytime in drive thru for like 20 minutes .I went inside this morning and they threw a bag of food on the counter didnt call out to see who's it was it sat there for 10 minutes finally I just went up and asked and it was mine .I was late for work..This is an everytime ordeal not just once .Another customer waited in drive through 25 min on his food came in to see if they had it yet because he was late for work also and they said no so he told the he had to go just keep it and the girl named Marie rolled her eyes and said that's fine we will and turned her back. I will not go back to this location and corporate really needs to come through and get the experience that they are serving their customers .

The communication of this place is severely lacking. Let customers know these things before they pay. It’s like this almost every time we’ve come here. Honestly save your money and time and go ahead and drive a little further into Dothan and get McDonald’s.

I had to bring my mom lunch and Jack( Ashford Ala)was the closest restaurant but she didn't want to eat there ! I got it anyway because it was better for me! My mom enjoyed her lunch 2 piece with mashed potatoes/ gravy and coleslaw. Thank goodness they had coleslaw! Thank you so much

Went inside to order a meal. After 8 minutes of standing in front of the register and watching 7 workers too busy to even take my order I decided to always go somewhere else. This business only cares about the service of the telemetry at the drive thru so corporate doesn't say anything to them. Completely ignored after 8 minutes of standing and waiting at the front counter. One worker made eye contact with me then looked and walked away. I will NEVER spend another dollar here.

I stopped buy for a good-hot burger 🍔 meal to go ,,,,, SLOW SERVICE,,,, only one cashier taking orders and then delivering the order before taking the next order ,,,,, one person running the drive thru and it was backed up around the building!!!!!!!!! Tuesday was the first time that I have gotten old dried out chicken from this Jacks and they won't get a second chance from me! I always order the 10 piece chicken with fries and coleslaw! At 4pm i expect it to be fresh for the dinner hour, but I guess they didn't want my business

Great food at a reasonable price. Lately they have been better for getting your order correct.
The quality of food and the standards of employees seems to be descending the ladder not climbing it. The last 4 times we ordered there, they messed up our orders and standing there waiting was a nightmare as the staff wear too busy loudly gossiping and trashing other employees that weren't there. They were rude and crass and very unprofessional. We won't be going back there for a while. No one there knows how to make a milk shake.

The food and service have been good. The customer service is always good. But lately the orders are not right when I get home with it. This evening is the 4th time. Part of the order was 2 mash potatoes with gravy and no fries. We got 1 frie (extra charge $2.69) and 1 mash potatoes with gravy. No dipping sauce or biscuit in the plate. But the dip sauce is on the receipt. A previous order was the wrong sandwiches Hopefully the next time it will be right because I don’t want to drive to Dothan but I will.
