Just left Jacks drive through, 7:50 PM on 3/19/24: OMG.... I grew up eating Jacks in Odenville, Alabama and this is NOT what I remember. Ashford Jacks is so under par, the drive through staff is immature and disrespectful, how sad. I recommend this establishment be avoided..

Only ever did take out the only thing I think they need to work on is the drive thru wait time can be a little long. But the employees are always polite and respectful so because of that and the excellent food I will keep go back .

Used to come alot Now I wont. Not sure what change. But a roach was crawling on the counter at 8:40 pm. But didn't see that tell after I had to come back in to get my gravy for chicken fried chicken. Every thing is extra dry n some burnt. Came the day before and they didn't have biscuits, white gravy, sweet tea, or ranch. We'll today they at least had tea n biscuits. I don't know what change since August tell now. But to be told the district manager n team was there just therr yesterday is crazy. Look at the cameras u will see at the time the young lady handing me my gravy n time I stated above. Me starting to move things n show her n she grabbing a paper to swipe it on floor. Even the tables weren't clean they still had a greasy feel to them. As well as the day prior. After seeing what I saw n how once again the food quality sucked. I just went some where else n threw the food away. I wasn't even going to entertain getting a refund. I waited to long for simpler things here.

Stayed in line for twenty minutes. Then, When someone innthe back, said something to the person, who was behind the counter. The person up front said, I'm not taking a order right now. And, If they don't like it, they can go to somewhere else.

They will not wait on walk in customers. They think they only take care of drive thru! It seems like they could rotate and atleast wait on inside every 10 cars! Then if you do get waited on the order is not right and they want to argue about it!
