Once was enough. Ribs were just bones. Pulled pork was ok. Might have been better hot. Food was too expensive for a roadside shack with low quality bony ribs.

Our Classic's group of 19 from our church made reservations 2 weeks ago for Saturday March 25th . We all arrived around 4:30pm .got seated our waitress got drink order , then our meal order. My sister ordered the lean brisket sandwich , another couple ordered the fish fillet meal another couple ordered the hotdogs. 1. My sister couldn't eat her sandwich because the meat was not edible it was hard and burnt to a char , 2. The other 2 couples waited for over an hour to get their food by this time every one else's in the group was finished . One of the men ask why it took so long to get a hotdog and was told the grilled had not been turned on and they had just turned it on when they got order for the hotdog. My Sister had eaten there before and said the food was good. But she was very disappointed this time. People that came in after us got their food before us . Needless to say they had some upset customers. That probably won't be back.

Delicious as always. The potato salad was amazing, just needed a bit more crunch with some pickles, just my preference. The slaw was good, not sweet. And the pulled pork has a great smokey flavor! ? would definitely recommend Johnnie B Smoking. I've tried several things and haven't been disappointed yet! Oh.....the pork skins AMAZING ??

Wow! Best food we have had so far in Alabama. Fall off the bone ribs were delicious. I've never had a grit (not totally sure what it is), but I know I like cheesy grits. So yummy. Owner stopped by our table to see how we liked the food. If you stop by here, you will not be disappointed.

Always great food. Usually order ribs but this time tried the new Chicago Dog with a cheese cake for a dessert. Both were superb. Always bring home some of their superb Brunswick Stew.

The food was good. The ribs were bones with very little meat. The macaroni and cheese was from a box with the powder mix. $42 for 2 is pricey for the quality. But we had to try it once! Everyone is very friendly and the food is good. But the prices are very high for bones.

Two friends and I visited Johnny B's while traveling to Ga for an extended stay back in January 2022 and I was very impressed with the food, the service, the environment and overall experience. So I returned again with friends April 2022 and the only problem I had is the quality of the food had definitely deteriorated, the slab of rib tasted as though it'd been cooked for quite to long leaving my guest and I disappointed. I'm not sure if it was due to the fact it was very close to closing. Yet instead I didn't care for the food making the drive and money spent a waste. I'm due to return to Chicago the end of April 2022 and wanted to try Johnny B's again but I'm in doubt. Just wanted to share my experiences.
