Stopped by the other night. The dude who works there locks the door when I am almost to the door. He locked the door at 8:32 pm. The store is supposed to be open until 9 pm everyday. I knocked twice and the dude ignored me.Oh well. I will just take my business somewhere where they treat the customers right.

I went to make a purchase and was asked for my ID which is no big deal. After going to my car to get my ID the 3 people in front of me were not asked to show their ID. When I asked Jared why he did not card the others he said well you look young! My reply was well some 18 year olds look 21 so does that mean it’s ok for them to come in here and purchase alcohol?! If your policy is to card everyone then that is what should be done!

Employees should protect their customers by wearing masks that are mandated. It’s evident you don’t care about your customers by not doing this. I have been a long time customer, that has loved this store and it is a shame that I will not be able to shop here anymore.

If you’re concerned about coronavirus then don’t shop at the store. They have certain employees that feel it’s OK to deal with the public while not wearing masks. They also enjoy refusing to service people who called him out for not wearing masks. It’s too bad, because they have a great selection. Unfortunately they have a few garbage employees that would like for this pandemic to continue.Consequently, if you are looking for great selection, Smyrna liquors at Almaville and I 24 always has a fantastic selection and every employee wears a mask and gloves!
