Great Atmosphere! High Energy and Fun!
Hayden and staff are very knowledgable about products. Hayden is also wonderful in making sure you have the correct protein/good carbs ratio in a day to achieve your goals using real food mixed with the product’s.
I was unsure about trying the products at rise and grind, but I met with Hayden and she convinced me quickly. Everything I have tried has been really good and the friendliness of everyone has been amazing. Highly recommend visiting them when you can!
