We love starting our day with Rise N Grind. The owner, staff, and clients always have an upbeat vibe to start the day! The teas and shakes are great to the taste buds and leave you feeling full, energetic and just plain happy!

Great Atmosphere! High Energy and Fun! Hayden and staff are very knowledgable about products. Hayden is also wonderful in making sure you have the correct protein/good carbs ratio in a day to achieve your goals using real food mixed with the product’s.
